Hi all. Good to be back here after a really long time. Guess about 4 years now. Well.. I kicked off once again a month ago with about 100 jelqs at about 80% and within 15 days I was doing about 150 Jelqs. I threw in very mild clamping(with a “ok grip” using my finger) about 2 mins x 1 set for the last 7 days. I did the jelq routine almost every weekday and i rested Saturday and Sunday.. After 30 days I decided to take a week off (which was last week). I now find that my unit is very limp. I cant get it up more than 40-50%. I have no morning wood and I don’t get spontaneous hard-ons. Its like my dick is dead. I had to work on getting it up !
Any brilliant ideas to revive it quickly?
