Advice Needed Injured

I injured myself jelqing, I might of being doing it too hard or at close to full erection.
• I can’t get a standing erection, only hard flaccid
•There Is NO pain
• I can get some erections if I’m laying down but these don’t last long, also sitting
• I haven’t masturbated since I noticed 7 days ago
• My penis also points slightly to the left

Anyone know what might be going on?? Thanks guys

I want to help you but you need to provide more information.

What was the routine you were doing?
How long have you been doing it?
How many days per week?
How hard were you gripping?
Were you using any devices?
And what is your age and fitness level?

Without more details it’s too hard to tell you what exactly happened.

I had been jelqing for about three weeks, 4 days straight before I got injured. Nothing serious just some light workouts 5-10 minutes
I was not gripping very hard since I heard that’s it’s bad.
No devices

You probably injured a suspensory ligament tugging too hard. Wait it out, at least another week. A urologist probably won’t tell you much different but to ice the area as you did pull a muscle (in my best guess). You have to watch your intensity, especially just starting out.

Thanks for the advice but how did you come to that conclusion. I’ve been letting it rest since I’m really worried. Why are erections bad?? Thanks I’ll wait like you suggested

You said your erection points to a side, now. That points to you injuring a ligament on one side and it constricting up as a defensive move or you stretching it out to where it’s dislocated and strained.

Erections that you provoke are just a poor choice as it adds strain. Natural ones are fine, they’ll come and go as they please. But us guys have played for hours with ourselves and this is unhealthy right now. After another week go see a doctor but I doubt they’ll tell you anything new.

Your best bet is to relax. You have not injured yourself badly. It may take longer than another week. Start using ice packs with a cloth between it so you don’t burn your skin with the cold. Most erection problems are mental, even though you did get hurt. So be easy. Rest. Recover.

My penis does feel like it hangs too low, and doesn’t really lift like it used to if I “kegel”. Do people heal and if doesn’t would Viagra help in the future?

I’m really hoping you are correct friend. You put me at ease, also I got an erection the day after and it looked big almost like before pre-injury, so I’m hoping you are correct

If you take the advice of the experts, you’ll heal. I’ve known guys who have fractured or even burned there penises at some point in their life and they’ve healed. You’re too young to be even worrying about Viagra.

I know I’m too young for Viagra, but I’m thinking of last resorts if I don’t heal. I have read multiple threads here and on PEGYM and they all suggest rest which I have been doing. First couple of days I was freaking out but I’m calm now.

Would sitting be better or should I lay down and rest because I play guitar most of the day and I can’t laying down.. Thanks guys fingers crossed

Doesn’t lift when you kegel is a strained suspensory ligament. Relax. Erection angles change with PE anyway. I know my erection doesn’t hit my stomach anymore, and that’s fine. It gets harder than it used to and that’s my point. So don’t worry about your erection angle. Just take it easy.
