Advice Needed Injured

I’ve been reading about venous leakage, any chance I could have it.

Stop worrying!

You can’t develop venuous leakage from a few weeks of jelqing! That’s usually a developmental condition and is diagnosed using special equipment. A strained ligament has nothing to do with it and if you somehow have venuous leakage it is something you had BEFORE this injury. Yes, you can cause it but from what you described it’s nigh impossible.

Short answer; pretty sure you don’t. RELAX

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Just trying to cover all possible injuries, I’ve actually felt good today compared to the first couple of days.

From the frequency of posting and your far-reaching speculations I am certain that you are stressing yourself out. You know that some people end up in the hospital for thinking they’ll have a heart attack just because they keep googling the symptoms and possible misrepresented ailments? I can tell, I was one just under two years ago. Well, not the hospital, but the next best thing anyway.

“Trying to cover all possible injuries” will land you psychosomatic symptoms and those are nothing but a downward (and pointless) spiral.

Sit this one out buddy. Don’t think about it for the next two days. Control your mind. Unless your penis turns black or explodes, do not search for anything. Hands off, mind off. Go take a walk. Relax. You are fine.

February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Thanks friend, I have actually calmed down since it happened. At least I’m not shaking anymore

Anybody else that can offer me

Any more advice? Or that has had the same thing before.thanks

I’ve also noticed that when I cough my left testicle doesn’t lift(lifts just a little bit) but I can still feel it if I flick it lightly

Chill out man. Think of something else.

Most likely it’s just your mind playing tricks on you.

Do the nofap-challenge for a while and I can almost guarrantee you’ll wake up with a healthy stiffy sooner or later.

Start: ~7.5" BPEL, ~5.5" MSEG

Now: 8.5" BPEL, (9" BPFSL), 6" MSEG

Goal: 9.0" BPEL, 8.5" NBPEL, 6.5" MSEG

I totally agree with the guys above. The people who seem to have the most difficulty overcoming these minor injuries are the ones that are constantly looking for the ‘worst case scenario’ and thinking of plans for what to do if it doesn’t heal. They create a stress environment for themselves, and the biggest erection killer is stress and worry. As bad as the worry is for erections, just as bad is the ‘self fulfilling prophesy’ where people talk themselves into a pseudo problem. Have you ever played that game where everyone in an office or classroom tell someone they really don’t look well and ask them what’s wrong - in almost every case that person will go home by lunch time feeling ill! It works with your penis too, if you keep convincing yourself that something major may be wrong, when it’s (more than) 99% of the time something very minor.

Everyone, if they do PE for long enough, will get injuries. I’ve had literally dozens of occasions over the years when I’ve not been able to get an erection for a little while after being too enthusiastic with PE. It’s no different to pulling a muscle in the gym or not being able to walk comfortably after a heavy squat session. Chilling out, working on your running or bench press and ignoring your penis for a while is usually the best thing to do.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

First of all, let me say welcome to Thunder’s. We’re glad you’re here.

Regarding your injury, I am not a urologist, so it is difficult to say exactly what is going on. But I’d also say that at 20 years old, your body does a good job of healing itself. It really does. Yet it still takes time.

One of the best indicators of penis health is morning wood. As others have said, you should take a deep breath, stop panicking, give your body a chance to heal. When you start getting morning erections again, you’ll know that there’s nothing wrong with the plumbing. And when you decide to start PE again, take it slow, use heat and less force. It is more effective, and it will reduce your chance of injury.

I get midnight erections only right now. Thanks for the advice guys

Sounds more like the muscles are effected. Probably something on the left. Left ischiocavernosus it could be as that engages the testicles too and is part of a reverse kegel.
If it was totally damaged you wouldnt get erections at all. Muscle injuries can take some weeks.
Make sure you have good nutrition so healing has the right vitamins etc. available.
Vitamin C and MSM make sure that you get good tissue repair.

Wait with any exercises/rigoruous intercourse until you feel much better and make sure you are always warmed up and ease into exercises.

How much time do you think It could take? I just want to go back to the way I was.

Injured And Worried

Hi guys! I know some of you have already given me advice(thanks guys) but I’m still having the same symptoms.
•NO PAIN
•NO STANDING ERECTIONS

•I CAN GET ERECTIONS LAYING DOWN, SITTING AND AT NIGHT. I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE NOT AS STRONG AS THEY USED TO BE, BUT THEY DO HAPPEN

• MY PENIS POINTS SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT NOW, WHICH I THINK MIGHT BE GOING AWAY NOW (I ALSO COULDN’T LIFT MY LEFT TESTICLE WHEN I REVERSE KEGELED, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE GETTING BETTER)

•I ALSO HAVE HARD FLACCID WHEN I’M STANDING(I’VE BEEN TOLD IT’S MOSTLY PSYCHOLOGICAL)

If any body has anymore advice or have any idea of what type of injury I suffered PLEASE let me know. I’ve been to the doctor and they said “give it time” but I’m going back soon. Thanks guys
