Aching Balls

Im trying out ballooning method. I been doing it for a few weeks, on and off. But since then, I have this aching in my balls every now and then. Its not like a pain, more like an ache. I don;t ejaculate at all. Could that have something to do with it?

It’s perfectly normal, especially if you don’t move the “energy” around. The aching feeling should fade within a day, even if you don’t ejaculate. You might want to look into Spreading.
