A small spot... should I stop?
Hello my friends! It’s been some weeks since I last posted! I’ve been doing the newbie routine since the very first day of the month, and with some considerable gains (+0.4 BPEL). Thank you all once again for your wonderful support.
Well, since day 1, I’ve been reading a lot of posts mentioning injuries, and that most people get injured by overdoing the exercises, or doing them wrong. I’ve decided since then, that I’d be as careful as I could, and I would never try to do things in a hurry. PE is a marathon.
Anyway… today I found a red spot (of about 0.1in) on the left side of my tunica. I think it’s probably because I’ve been jelqing with high erections (not 100%, maybe 80%). So, this is my first injury (I think all the PE’ers have been there or will be there, at least once in their PE careers), and I would like to know your opinions on it. I have no pain… so, I’m not that worried…
I know I will have to stop for a while now, until it disappears (you guys that have had the same thing, how many days did it take you to heal?). I’ve been doing hot wraps, in a try to heal it in the better way I can… and I’ve stopped doing jelqs, obviously. But… my question is, can I keep doing my stretches? I really wouldn’t like to lose my gains…
Also… this afternoon I’m making some tests because I do have something strange inside my left testicle… I hope it’s not cancer… wish me luck days, I will need it.
