I have a $20,000 Phalback and am logging my results

The patent asserts that the key to the device is triggering a vibration once the pump pressure has gotten the penis to a "tensioning length".

At a skim, it looks like the device is an automatic pump that starts at a low pressure
When it detects the chamber is filled, it (strongly) vibrates for 10 seconds, then backs off the pressure. The vibration, combined with the vacuum, is intended to cause micro-tears in the penile tissue
It then repeats that process, slightly increasing the vacuum each cycle, for up to 40 cycles.

One note from skimming the patent that jumped out at me is that the device is only claimed to produce 25% of its length gains permanently; the rest are lost, long term. (Page 19, paragraph 2)

From 1.7 inches under vacuum to 0.425 inches not under vacuum (not in the pump)

It’s both, as written.

1.7 inches length gain claimed, under tension, at the end of 14 weeks of use.
0.425 inches retained, not under tension, "long term".

Damn. I hope this works. He has been showing the video progress. Haven’t seen measurement scale on those tubes though. But, it is looking legit.

I will post a full blog later today (tomorrow at latest) that will have photo and video proof but as of right now:

BPEL increased from 6.7 to 7.0
MSEG increased 1/16" to 4 15/16 from 4 7/8

7.17% total volume gain in the first week. Let’s see how this holds up.

The "vibration" sounds similar to what this person was trying to do years ago… Assisted Girth Pumping

Do you know if they guarantee results, even if you have done PE?, or is it only for those who start as newbies.
