My heating pad somehow doesnt seem to work anymore. Will buy a new one. Measured 20,7cm BPFSL seated after the stretching.

Currently on 20,7cm seated BPFSL. Had a break for like month and one for 3 weeks since last measurement and was doing heated stretches for like 30mins 4 times a week. Currently I’m doing heated stretches and incooperating a vacuum pump for 15mins after stretching 1 on 1 off. So seems like I increased my seated BPFSL by 0,4 cm in 6 months which is fine I think. I’m not too strict with anything and just try to somehow put into the time and stay commited. I hope the pumping transforms some stretched in erect length, which I should measure some time.

I will change my routine. My gap between BPFSL and BPEL is like over 2 cm I assume I can close this gap down with girth work. I did some Jelqing and Pumping yesterday and was wondering why I didnt do Jelqs for the last year(s?). It was insane and I had insane measurements in the pump. Like 19,5cm BPEL seated. Jelqing did feel really good. I’m hoping that I can increase my BPEL through better erections and the girth workout. Now ill do 20mins stretching, 20mins jelqing, 20mins pump (slowly increasing it to those timers).

Hey Thunders, I have a question. Is there even any reason to do some stretches when the focus is on closing the gap between BPFSL and BPEL? Will BPFSL length go significantly down when one is doing for example only jelqing? Let me know hat you guys think!

I will take the stretches out completely for the next few weeks and measure how my BPFSL behaves. I will only jelq for 20-30min 3on1off, with the pump I don’t know yet. I have had a really very good feeling with just jelqs for the last few days and have actually achieved a very good erection with the right stimulation and instead of tensing my PC muscle I relaxed it as much as possible, it almost came close to that in my youth. When measuring while sitting, I was actually able to determine 18.7 cm of BPEL. My fat pad is approx. 1.7 cm. If I can reduce that to 1 cm and bring my BPEL closer to the BPFSL with only jelqs, that would be a complete success for me.

According to my current routine, I have measured the following:
19,7cm bpel sitting in the pump
19cm bpel sitting

Current routine consists of: 30min stretches with heat, 10min jelq, 5x2min pump

Before that I did only jelqes for a month as announced and then took a 10 day break.

I was a bit more focused during the stretches today. After 30 minutes I went from 19.6 to 20.3 cm BPFSL standing. That should be a pretty good strain, right? And I also changed the pump to interval pumps. I also achieved the greatest enlargement today, but at the same time noticed some edema (is that how you spell it?). Maybe I overdid it a bit with the vacuum, but it went so well with the interval pumping that it didn’t get uncomfortable. The display on the pump showed a length of 7.5 inches, which is a record for me. The measurements shown on the pump vary slightly from the usual BPEL measurements with a ruler. Maybe I’ll increase the days I stretch and leave the days I jelqe and pump the same. I’ve heard that you can tolerate more time and frequency of stretches, but you have to be careful when jelqing and pumping.

Seems like over 19,1cm BPEL sitting currently

Just measured 19.3cm BPEL sitting after my routine. This consists of 30min stretches with heat, 10min light jelq, 3x3min pump. Off days by feeling (currently about 5on 2 off)
