So like many here, you find a way to not get water everywhere, and even if there is a bit of spill it’s nothing an extra towel can’t handle. I’m so comfortable now that I could do this on my bed, I don’t have to stay on the bathroom tile.

Thanks, really excellent explanation! Will try it out as soon as I know I won’t be disturbed in the bathroom. And regarding the NIR pad, it’s been shipped and will hopefully arrive in a week or two. So far I been using a rice sock, but only those days I’m working from home and wife not.

I moved down from a 2.25” to 2” after a couple of weeks it fits pretty well. Packing the first 4-5 cm when pumped, but there is of course some space left after that. Read the thread and will look for an opportunity to try it out!

Given that my first year of PEing has ended, it might be good for some recap. All in all, I’m actually very surprised about my gains, even though it’s said that things move fast as a newbie. When I took off in the middle of September, I did my best to take as optimistic measures as possible (still accurate though). I might have been a bit low on EQ for my first BPEL at 16.0 cm and I didn’t know how much it could affect length. Anyway, I have now gained 2,4 cm (a bit less than an inch) which I’m super happy about. MEG is up 0.6cm, from 12.8 to 13.4 and I think I have some more to give here. EQ in general is a great improvement, when I’m hard I’m a lot harder than before. Some nice veins have started to build up as well which looks nice. I have found it much easier than expected to find time for this, even though time at the gym might suffer (but it suffered even without PEing).

Last week was spent on maintenance mainly, trying not to loose to much during the holidays which have been packed with activities and almost no time alone. I measured BPFSL this morning and it was 197mm, which means very little loss, if any. I noticed a few mm drop in the pump though. I will use this week’s measures (BPFSL before and after exercises) as baseline for the year, but of course compare to the last valid week, which was the week that ended up which Christmas Eve.

Week 17 completed. Time runs fast.

Had a good week, still on vacation which gave me some good time for PE. Followed the routine mentioned in earlier posts. Spent 390 mins at stretching, as always split up during the day. Did a bit less pumping (four shorter sessions) than I wanted, but could not get the privacy needed.

Average BPFSL before PE landed at 198mm, so same as before the holidays. Average BPFSL after PE landed in at 202mm which is 1mm up and a new high-score at 204mm yesterday. Lost some length in the pump the past weeks but measured 184mm this morning (yeah, it’s supposed to be rest day but I had a good opportunity). Still 2mm shorter than high-score but moving in the right direction.

EQ has been really good, maybe an 8 in general. Woke wifey in the middle of the night a couple of days ago and had a very good time together with her. She actually asked for it since she had been in the mood the entire day but lost it in the evening so nothing happened before bedtime.

Got my NIR pad last week but have not tried it yet. Hopefully I find some time during the week.

I do not expect that much growth the next couple of months. It’s been really good so far, but if I can get only 1mm per month this year I’m still going to be close to 8"/20.3cm BPEL in the end of the year. Would be great to add some girth to that as well, maybe 8-10mm for the full year. Only future will tell but I can tell you that packing my 2" tube would be really amazing. Maybe in 2-3 years time.

A really weird week and not as good as I hoped for. Did stretching for 350 mins, 10 mins less than last week, but close to the plan. Jelqing with easy squeezes for 110 mins, close to the same as amount as last week and on top of that three pumping sessions. Stretching has not had a great quality, mainly due to my unit being slightly pumped throughout the days, all days. And in case it’s been more flaccid I have experienced an instant blood flow as soon as I start stretching that has made it hard to pull hard enough. In the end I guess that is a good thing, but a bit frustrating when chasing length.

Average BPFSL before exercise stayed at 198 and the average BPFSL after dropped one 1 mm to 201 mm. Not impressive, but given that the unit has been thicker all the time, I assume it’s natural. I took some unofficial BPEL and MEG measures yesterday to check what was going on and they are still the same or better than reported in the official stats. EQ has been really great with hard morning woods and in general quick responses to stimuli. After a short pumping session combined with jelqing I can easily measure 140mm for MEG with a cock ring on. Pretty cool feeling grabbing it in that state!

Had a crazy work week and no time to try my NIR pad but this week looks more promising with more work from home.

I see you are working well and steadily, congratulations!
Even if you are experiencing small inconveniences in being able to do the stretches effectively, which I also do, I see them as positive signs as well as the reaction to stimuli and the firm morning erections.

Had an opportunity to test my NIR pad out. It came with a fancy box, looks decent but I’m not super impressed by the output power (it runs on 5V Iphone charger). On the other hand, those lights are supposed to be very energy efficient.

Anyway, used it for warm up and then for 20 mins of manual stretching. Even though it’s a flexible pad, its tricky to stay close to the unit. It doesn’t generate a lot of heat so it’s difficult to know if it works at all but I felt slightly warmer. Also had a pumping session (3x4 mins at 5-7hg) and wrapped it around the tube the entire time. Very easy and convenient and something to stick to whenever I have the possibility. Might have to find my power bank to power the pad since I currently don’t have any socket in the bathroom.

Struggling a bit with my unit being fairly stiff inside and not being so flexible during stretch as before. My investigation have come to the conclusion that it’s the

urethra that is "stuck". Normally when I stretch I have a decent elasticity, but now it’s very rigid, leading to no or very humble elongation. Maybe time for a longer rest? Or working more with my NIR pad. Or both…

On my last decon for 2 months, I kept water pumping twice a week. It was great for me and my D to just sit back chill and feel full in the cylinder. I’m now back to jelqing and I am glad I did a decon, I needed it.

With a decon and RED + NIR pad for warm up and 20 min water pump, I felt great during decon and I just feel good about coming out of decon while doing that to get me through a semi break.
