The blister is unrelated to heat. It’s just tissue conditioning. I advanced the tension faster than the tissues are ready to handle. It was a long deconditioning period, 240 days.

42 half turns was easily accommodated today. Do the double sessions have utility? I do not have the knowledge to explain if they do, but it seems like. At least they do not seem to deter progress.

Thinking tension increases every 7-10 days from this point forward but it will be dictated by the observed tension as to whether there is accommodation which will allow for it. As was the case today.

Glans condition was very good at the end. Blister site is healing nicely. Tissues at attachment site are becoming more resilient.

Seems like the heat tolerance is a little less on the evening sessions? Things went well though. I gave it 36 hours since the last session as we increased the tension and wanted to give the tissues a little time before pushing them again. Thinking to go again tomorrow morning and then give it a rest for the Saturday night hookup - hopefully. Can’t say for sure how these things will go.

I have to say the shaft feels pretty damned warm with the medium heat afterwards.

Well for sure the heat tolerance is better in the a.m.. And was able to up the tension rather easily. I’m expecting progress to slow as much of this is just regaining from the deload.

I am already enjoying the improved flaccid hang, a nice visual to start the morning.

For some reason after this deconditioning period, the glans condition is much improved and evening sessions are no problem, whereas prior to the deconditioning getting an adequate head swell in the evening was a challenge. So with that, my concern about only getting 3 sessions per week is alleviated as I can get evening sessions without a problem.

Feeling pretty optimistic right now, for sure we’ll find out if we’ve hit the wall, just got to be patient.

Half way there but the heavy lifting starts now, long way to go still.

It’s crazy how much shorter 50 minutes feels compared to an hour.

Nice work. I upped my hanging sessions by 5 min. From 20 to 25 because I believe time is the key. 5 more minutes at first was a big mental barrier but somehow its part of the recipe. In a perfect world 30 min. Would be the time frame but Im working up to it, maybe another month or so.

Went well. Definitely prefer the 50 minute session, but am thinking the 20 minutes at the max tension under heat, may be more beneficial. Which is entirely an anecdotal conjecture. Longer sessions in the morning are better tolerated mentally.

Was distracted and was late applying the heat pad so went with the high heat option for the session. With the high heat we’re only applying it for 20 minutes, based on tolerance experience.

Wasn’t really paying attention but at exactly the 20 minute mark the heat tolerance attenuates sharply, which prompted me to check the time. So anecdotally the 20 minutes high heat gets us there.
