Vacuum Pumping 101

Turns out my 2in diameter tube is too small for me. So I guess it’s to continue with my 2.25in pump. I have some silicone, it’s diameter is 0.7. I will try to use it and see if it’s too tight or if it’s okay. Thanks guys.

Where’s the best place to purchase those type of sleeves?

Start 8/15/18-BPEL-6.75” MEG-4.625”

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

I got mine from Aliexpress. I just checked, turns out they have different sizes of sleeves.

I don’t know how much hassle it is to import things to Nigeria, but if you buy a tube online and it doesn’t have a stated diameter, it’s most likely to be 2.25".

If you want to try a smaller size, you might try making a liner. Every now and then I come across high-density, closed-cell foam packing material, 3 or 4mm thick. You can cut something like that to put inside the tube and take up some of the space.

Back before commercially-made tubes were easily available, a lot of men made their own, gluing them up from plastic pipe or tubing. There are some examples in the archives if you want to give it a try.

It’s quite easy these days. I will just have to get another tube. Any advice on pumping for length?

Start at 3"Hg for 5 minutes. If you don’t have petechiae or a donut, add two or three minutes every day until you do, then back off until they go away. After a few weeks, start bumping the vacuum up .25 or .5"Hg at a time, until you get petechiae or donuts again. That’s the limit of what you can do in the tube.

Some men use high vacuum and shorter times, some use less vacuum and longer times, but most men use some variant of the above.

Has anyone used the CTC electric pump I am getting one soon and wondered if someone had used one of these and could give me a review of it.

Hey Can Yall Answer This

If I use my pump to hang would that work?

Like put my member in the pump but don’t pump it up and just let it hang like a wieght?

There are several threads on this pump. Just enter CTC in the search function (upper right hand of your screen) and they’ll pop up for you to choose which ones look interesting to you.

Two items to consider: 1) amount of weight of a vac pump and cylinder, and 2) where the weight is applied.

A stand alone cylinder (vac pump separate from cylinder) does not weigh very much. The type which has the pump attached to the top of they cylinder does of course, have more weight, but I am unsure how much it is, so can’t comment if the weight is enough for an adequate hanging routine. However:

A pump cylinder under vacuum attaches at the base of the cylinder and the pubic region surrounding the penis. In my opinion, very little of the weight will impact the penis, so no, I dont think it will work as a hanging option.
