Does anyone here believe that there is an optimal pumping and jelquing routine, especially for a newbie? I have been jelquing for just over a week and would like to incorporate some light pumping into my PE. I guess in the beginning I would perhaps commence with two five minute sessions during or after my jelquing routine. Does this sound reasonable, or should I just keep on going with my jelquing for a few months and then commence pumping?

If you decide to include pumping in your routine, it would make sense to start pumping sooner than later. The probability is that pumping will augment your jelk gains, which might equal more gains for you during those months than you might have had by waiting. The pumping won’t compromise your jelk program; just do the jelking between short pump sessions.

By all means try both. I never saw any great gains from pumping, although there are others on this board that have.

The majority of my gains have come from jelking/stretching etc.

I think I may have gotten some girth gains from pumping, but never bothered to measure. (It was hard enough to pump effectively as it was and trying to keep it from my wife)

Jelking is something that is far easier to keep private.
