I recently completed 3 months of gprent’s incremental pumping routine, 3hg for 10 minutes, 4hg for 10 minutes, and then finishing with 10 minutes at 5hg. with no break. Occasionally I would get a minor bloat around my circumcision but nothing bad, and I did notice minor gains in girth, and possibly length too during this routine. I recently switched to doing 15 minutes at 3hg with a 5-minute rest, and doing some fire rolls, then another 15 at 4hg, with another 5-minute rest/fire rolls, and finally 15 minutes at 5hg with a 5-minute rest and more massaging. I’ve followed this up with the use of a constriction band for 5 minutes a few times to end my pumping session, and so far I haven’t noticed any edema or bloating. I’m not trying to gain size (currently 5-5.25" FG with slightly over 6" EG, and 7.5" NBPEL), although a little more girth would be okay, just looking for maximum EQ. Not sure if I’ll continue with the band at the end, or possibly just add it in once a week. I previously lost all nocturnal erections and morning wood, but with pumping over the last year these have returned. Can I get your thoughts/opinions on my current routine?

Current routine is good. I think you can move up to 7 inhg slowly. Just move slowly and see what pressure/time gives you edema.
