Yes, what firegoat said. Tube milking helps get fresh blood in too. Basically grab the cylinder and move it up and down as if you are jacking off.

For example, gprent talked about a routine somewhere on Thunders where he alternated 50 kegels with 50 tube milks, rinse and repeat.

Oh yeah - I do a little milking, but quite a few kegals in the tube to keep fresh blood in there.

Happy New Year, Lord. I’m guessing you will find folks doing just about every variation of duration and pressure you can think of. I do continuous sessions of 45 minutes or longer fairly frequently. I haven’t experienced any signs of reduced circulation. On long sessions, I generally do what some folks refer to as “milking the tube.” This probably increases circulation and seems to accelerate the process of packing the tube. Sometimes, I break up long sessions with a couple of minutes of jelquing every 10 - 15 minutes or so.

If you are interested in longer duration pumping, you might want to try a series of relatively small time increments, so you can gauge how you respond.

Gents thank you for the clarity I have been doing Milking without knowing that was what it was called, I noticed when I moved around the pressure fluctuated and colour changes happened which I thought was fresh blood entering my penis. So I now “milk” around every five mins maximum time 10 mins but will now increase by a factor of five until I find my sweet zone. Thanks again Gents and may 2013 be superb for all members here.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Also did a more intense routine firegoat-inspired routine on Monday. So damn cold that day and didn’t have any reason to leave the house.

Trying hard to make sure I get enough rest between sessions.
