I’ve already posted few weeks ago about pumping, right now I’m saving some money to buy the adequate material to perform this exercise, but beside that I’ve got few question about it

1.What material do we need to water pump in a pump that isn’t bathmate ? After doing my research I’ve come to the conclusion that I just need a brake bleeder and a reservoir to do it in a normal tube

2.how do you fill a tube lengthwise ? It seem easy to pack a tube girth wise, at least much more easier Than filling it in length, although I saw people on Newart packing 9",10" or even 11" tube. Is there any difference with pumping for girth or it’s the very same workout like staying at 5Hg ?

3.Kinda related to the previous question but is there anywhere I can find Titleist routine ? This guy is a member of this forum who have a thread where he used to give advice to people asking him question ,this guy got crazy gains from pumping but his thread is filled up with too many post, so I wanna know if there is anyone who might have his routine, or if someone can post link to his most important post/advice

1) make sure the fluid reservoir is positioned in line between the cylinder and the vac pump. Longer tubing is helpful in this activity. Then you have two options: (a) get in a tub of warm water and slide the cylinder over your penis allowing water inside, or (b) while sitting or standing fill cylinder with warm water and continue as in (a). Dont fill the cylinder completely up. You need to allow an air gap because when you engage the vac pump air will leave and water will rise. Always keep the pump higher than the top of the cylinder. Make sure the water does not enter the pump, and probably not the tubing because the volume of water is small and will get to the pump easilyif its in the tubing. If it does, release the cylinder and start over with slightly less water in the cylinder.

2) as your penis grows over time, you will begin to fill the cylinder length wise. Some guys have reported they can get 1/2” or more temporary length gains while in the tube. I have never gotten temp length gains from pumping. Girth, yes. Length, no.

Be very cautious of viewing anything from Newart, and definetly be cautious of emulating anything you see there. Those guys are not pumping with an objective of permanent girth or length gains. They are focused on getting as large as they can from fluid buildup, which will be reabsorbed into the body after some number of hours away from pumping. Those “balloon” dicks are not functional for sex and the process is not conducive for PE gains.

3) Just like any other member would need to do, you need to read Titleist’s thread to find the information you seek. If you dont have time to read I question if you have time to PE. A member’s initial routine will often be at the first portion of a thread. If a member has made changes to their routine, obviously they could be scattered throughout a long thread.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

1. I use LA PUMP, with longer tube, and gauge I recommend getting a 1-inch longer cylinder than recommended so you get more water in there.
2. I recommend 2 tubes, one that is recommended and one size up, go back and forth. The skinner of the two should in theory help with length and the other girth. You do get a different pump and I recommend both.
3. No idea about his routine
Last points, I use coconut oil for parts of the D that touch the cylinder and never EVER go past 10 Hg, no benefits. Also, I don’t recommend anything over 20 min a day. You could break your session into (2) 10-12 min sessions if needed. Or do the gradual pump exercises explained in other posts.

I don’t know what happened but when I got on the RED / NIR PAD (WARM UP ONLY) + Water Pump after, that is when I saw a noticeable jump in my BPFSL.

I do water pumping not standing but sitting on the bathroom floor. I fill hot water and leave some space in the cylinder, I now know the right amount of space to fill up, I leave that to the side, then get as hard as possible, be on my knees, point downwards get the cylinder on, and then sit down, with just your hand pressure you should get no spill, the water goes down and the air is all on top and then pump out the air until the water gets to the tube (I have a 2ft tube?, longer than usual), after that you can sit or stand whatever. I don’t stand because if there is an air pocket it touches my dick and I don’t like it, I need to invest in a longer cylinder to get more water in so even at an angle I still only get water. I have a routine that I never get the floor wet and when I place it in and out I get no spill. I can’t explain it but you will find the gear and style you like. So like many here, you find a way to not get water everywhere, and even if there is a bit of spill it’s nothing an extra towel can’t handle. I’m so comfortable now that I could do this on my bed, I don’t have to stay on the bathroom tile.

In the future I will def get a bathmate when I am done with my PE growth and then to maintain pumping for life, but right now, i need to know the gauge and cylinder size difference, I am seeing what works for me and my gains best.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

Hi thank you a lot for your reply, yes I also found newart pumping very different from the PE pumping we can found here, their genitals are pretty messed up and they claim that they can pump multiple hours long. Anyway I thought maybe this approach of pumping could be efficient for very advanced pumper. Anyway thank you for the explanation on the water pumping method

Hi bro thank you for your post, do you over pack the 1.75 to gain length ? By that I mean to start pumping in your wider tube then move back to the smaller one, I’ve read this technique over the internet and I wonder if you ever tried it

Please help, right now I’m doing 20-30 minute pumping at 7hg. But when I pull it out of the cylinder it kind of hurts for a few minutes is this normal? Am I supposed to take like a 1 to 5 minute break throughout the session or keep the pressure the entire 30 minutes?

1. You’re right. You need a brake bleeder.

2. Make sure you find a cylinder that doesn’t crush your unit but also isn’t so large that makes it expand outward instead of upward.

Never should you have pain! I will say the first step is to divide your session into 2. Many and all vets say no more than 20 min pumping, anything more is not productive at all. So why do it?
