I have been an hanger for many months gaining three quarters of inch, but I incremented my foreskin too, and I am uncutted, so I’m afraid to go on ‘cause I wouldn’t to gain other skin. Anyone has some experience in this and some suggestion?

When your uncut there are problems. If it were me I wouldn’t worry about the extra skin. When I got to my goal I would just get a skin trim. Healing is very short and with anesthetics the pain is very minimal. Of course it isn’t me going under the knife. I have gained some skin but my head is only partially covered when flaccid so it is not an issue.

Good question. I’m curious ! :)

My signature shows my gains.
My routine would be 2 to 3 sets of 20min heavy hanging with a Bib

All Day with my rings. Usually 8 hours, some days I would get in 15 hours

Although I would try to maintain a daily schedule I would miss days for various reasons but with the rings on all day I never saw a plateau or loss of gains.

At the end of my hanging days I was still not going over 20lbs

The one big secret, (I think) was I hung SO (straight out) with a Bungee attached to my desk. This gave me great flexibility when it came to angles.

The girth gains I achieved were just the results of my efforts for length. IOW the girth gains came along for the ride.

I did do some girth workouts but they became unnecessary. I got some good girth gains very quickly but had to stop because: 1. I didn’t want to mess up my hanger settings and 2. my wife was complaining about a sore jaw. She asked me to stop.

If you want girth, I’ve got two suggestions that make it happen. Clamping (Air Clamp) and wantsmore’s fulcrums. They will rock your world.

After my length gains from hanging I noticed my foreskin had gained significantly. Fortunately some excess foreskin ‘disappeared’ when I started clamping for girth. Then when I got back to hanging I made sure to avoid tension on my skin as much as possible. This means hanging with the hanger really tightened. I didn’t gain any more length but also didn’t gain any extra skin.

I assume skin is easier to stretch than tunica or ligs which means you have to be aware of gaining excess foreskin when you’re uncut. This does complicate hanging for the uncut but it also forces you to hang more correctly which I think is a good thing.

How stealthy are these weights? I need something I can wear everyday all day long! And do you need to take breaks or can you wear it for extended periods? Thank in advance

I’ve worn them for three years in a corporate atmosphere and no one ever made mention. The only time they show is when sitting because your pants get tighter sitting down and all you do then is just not face someone with your legs open unless you want to intimidate them. Standing they really don’t show. Of course loose pants are required. As far as wear time, that is a factor of your wrap technique and how much weight you want to pack. The more weight the more demand on the wrap. It’s not unusual to go three or four hours between maintenance and that’s usually when you need to urinate anyway.
