Fast Size Extender + Highlighter

I’ve added a new stretch to my routine and am really liking the results I’m seeing. I’ve been doing jai and fulcrum stretches but over the past week have replaced the fulcrum with my extender plus a highlighter perpendicular over or under the bars to create a fulcrum stretch.

This allows me to create a fulcrum over long periods of time and have both my hands freed up so I can actually do something other than grab my dick. My flaccid and erect are looking bigger but I’m not going to measure for a few more weeks.

Anyone else tried this and had good results ?

This sounds like a great idea. It would seem that someone had to have thought of this by now. If not, congratulations, this merits more attention.

Looks like a few have tried it, and apparently some commercial extenders offer an attachment, but my quick search hasn’t found a lot of talk of any long term results. Stick with it and report back!

Hey Gmoney, I’ve recently started a new stretch routine similar to yours using my extender, which as you say is so much less effort. Currently I warm up with a hot water bottle, put myself in the extender at 6.5inches and then slowly extend to a little past 7inches over the course of an hour. I thought about slipping in a biro underneath the rods to create a fulcrum as well but I’m gonna try that at a later date. I’ll be following your thread :)

I think what the OP means is that when in your extender you slip something that can act as a fulcrum (a pen for example) underneath the penis shaft, but this rests on top of the two rods either side, so it’s effectively pushing your penis shaft up from the extender. Does that make sense?

I have been using golf weights to do fulcrum stretches following on from Wantsmore’s pioneering of the technique.

I both extend and pump and until I got my new Mr Fantastic water pump I found the Wantsmores were helping. However once I started cyclic (dynamic) water pumping for longer periods (60 min) rather than the 30 mins with the air pump I found I was getting intermittent edemas in funny places on my shaft (eg half way along on one side of the shaft). For an experiment I have temporarily stopped extending / wantsmores but kept up the water pumping. So far no more edemas. I suspect the fulcrum stretches may have been involved. I may have to alternate my pumping and wantsmores and will keep going with the experiment for another week. I will then try including extending without the wantsmores and see how that goes.

Yes it does make sense and I will try it once I can stop my unit from slipping out all the time. Actually haven’t been using my extender because my glans slips out and if I tighten the rubber belt it becomes most uncomfortable and hurts after a short while.

I actually shortened the rods by about 1/2 in to help prevent me from slipping out. Thanks for the previous thread links, can’t wait to check them out.

The previous threads on this topic were very undeveloped, so I’ll keep everyone updated on my gains and progress. They also mentioned using a pen as the fulcrum which to me seems too thin. The highlighter seems perfect due to its girth and plastic texture.

I’m thinking of doing a bigger fulcrum once I get too accustomed to the highlighter (maybe an icy hot roller stick). Currently I’m using highlighter both over the bars for a stretch and under for v at about 4 different points from base up to near circumcision scar. The v closest to base and a closest to head feel the best right now.

Yes, I’ve done this with and without a extender. I varied the position of the fulcrum. This helped stretch the suspensory ligament quickly (in about 15 min), allowing me to increase the tension on the extender. Otherwise it would take 45 to 60 minutes in the extender to stretch the ligament. I feel that stretching the ligament is lost time, because it returns to normal over time. The point of using the extender is to cause cellular division by stressing the cells with tension.

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

Crazyant you’ve had good gains, do you attribute them to fulcrum stretching of the tunica ?
