Experienced PE'rs long term extender results?

When I picked up the Phallosan extender I have been wearing for 4+ hours daily there was a study that came with it showing some results up to 6 months. That’s great and I believe it because they are in line with what’s reported here, or less, but beyond 6 months there is no data and oddly I haven’t seen anecdotal accounts here of people using these types of extenders long term. Are there guys here or does anyone know of anyone who has used these types of extenders long term (the type that can be worn many hours per day under clothes etc). I really wonder about this, what are the potential long term results.

Generally speaking, extender gains remain steady and consistent over time. Many here have gained with an extender. The gains from extending are produced through very different means than hanging or manual stretching, for instance. The long duration/low force method utilized with extenders coaxes the tissues to grow, to not get too scientific, and the toughening that slows gains in methods like hanging and manual stretching and makes them require greater forces over time is much less of an issue with an extender.

Hi Gettinggrown, interesting question! I haven’t used the extender for over 6 months now but I experience great results. You can see my progress on my page: Progress pics with vacuum extender at this moment I measure 18,5 and when 19 I post again. I only use my extender 1 to 1,5 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would like to know, has anyone experienced All day stretching (with lower force)? And what are the results and is it potentially harmful?

I don’t know man, I have been extending now for 4 months, 5 hours EVERY DAY, half an inch above my BPEL and I haven’t seen any gains, neither EL or FL, NOTHING. The only change I have noticed is somewhat improved EQ. To be honest it really makes me question extenders, and it really is hard to continue when you don’t see any signs of it working. I guess I will be forcing myself to reach 1000 hours, but if there is nothing at that point, I can safely assume that extenders don’t work on anyone.

Pyle. It’d be great to know your previous PE experience and gains. What is it? If it is your first PE experience then it’d be very strange not to gain at least half inch.

Pyle what works for one is not a guarantee it works on another. Do you really think this many users on this forum and others would use extenders and encourage others to use them if extenders don’t work on anyone?

The Phallosan is different from other extenders; it is basically an ADS. It kinda applies a prolonged fulcrum stretch. If you search for the title ‘Phallosan’, you will find several threads about it, like these for example
