Hey guys. I want to issue a disclaimer first- I’m not saying in any way that I’ve discovered this or whatever. I tried to search for mention of it elsewhere, but I couldn’t find any mention, or a thread with someone doing the same thing which I could bump, so I’m starting a thread for this stretch that I’ve stumbled across and LOVE.

I got started to thinking about fulcrum stretching after seeing some video of DLD playing with his dick using one of those plastic dog toys that you use to play tug-of-war- you know, two handles- one for the dog’s mouth and one for your hand and then you fight over the fucker.

Anyway, the way he was working his dick looked really effective, and although he may not have invented fulcrum stretching with an implement, it was my first exposure to the idea.

After some time, I started trying (with varying degrees of success) to achieve some good fulcrum stretching during my routine which is done entirely in the shower. I quickly discovered two things. A.) these are REALLY good stretches and B.) that you become limited right away by your own grip and other grip related/strength factors. Also, I found that it was very difficult to work the cock systematically unless you paid a LOT of attention. I would work from one angle of fulcrum (whichever was easiest for me to achieve) and then would neglect hitting from other angles.

I stayed with them though and have continued to gain, making these (lame versions of mine) the center of my stretching regimen.

However, I’ve now stumbled upon a method which is rocking my world, and my dick, to new levels of previously unseen stretched-out-edness. When I’m done with this new fulcrum stretching with golf weights routine, my dick has DEFINITELY and irrefutably been worked out and stretched on the four major axes (up/down/left/right- or-dorsal/ventral/port/starboard….hell, you get the idea…) and hangs in a really swell and low dangle that says- “damn dude, you worked me. In fact, I’ve had to ease up on the intensity from when I first started because these are such deep blasters, tip to base.

What you need is enough golf swing weights to almost totally encase your fully stretched length. I’m using 6 now, but could definitely use one or two more.

Now, get TOTALLY WARMED UP- In my opinion, shower is best because then you can apply hot water to unit as you stretch- and slip on the first ring, all the way until it’s bone-pressed. Then, bend your pecker over the ring, using the ring as a fulcrum, holding your dick in one hand and securing the ring with the other. I hold the stretch for a slow count of 20 with the hot water focused on the area of the greatest stretch.

Then, I do the same stretch working from right to up to left and, finally, to a downward stretch. Then, keeping that weight on, I massage out the unit, do a couple of kegels, and then slip on the next weight. I then repeat the process for the next weight.

This whole process continues until you have systematically worked your way to the end of your dick (providing you have enough weights to do so).

In terms of really blasting the internals of the dick (CC’s, tunica and whatnot) I am hard pressed (and bone pressed) to imagine there would be a better way to blast your dick than with this routine.

CAUTION: this could definitely be a dick buster. Err on the side of caution. The day after my first workout with this I had to take two days off because I overworked (but thankfully didn’t injure) my dick due to my excitement over the ease with which I was achieving these dick blasting stretches.

Golf Weight Dick Blasters? I dunno, seems a little verbose, but whatever you want to call them, if you’ve got even a couple/few weights bangin’ around, I’d give these a try for sure.

I’m gaining like mad. This stretch kicked my routine in the ASS.

My routine now is to do the golf weight stretching every other day, followed by a single 20 minute (interrupted occasionally to give the unit blood) pumping session after which I do 100 jelqs with kegels. On the days I don’t do the golf weight stretching (I need a day to recover from this stretching routine) I still do the pumping and the jelqs. I start each day with a shower warmup in which I give my unit a light massaging stretch-out which I follow with ADS using the golf weights. I usually wear these for between 3-5 hours per day. I do my routines (stretching/pumping/jelqs) at night.

I haven’t been such a measuring freak lately, but I have gotten really great measurements when I’ve bothered with it. The two most surprising were a bpfsl of 7.75” and a bpel of 7.5”. These are WAY above my usual standard of deviation, so I’m pretty psyched. I’m going to keep at it religously for another month and then start taking fanatical measurements on 9/1 to see where I’m actually at. But from here it looks real good. I can tell a serious visual difference in my pecker these days. The girls agree.

Go ahead, ignore the golf swing weight stretches. Leave all the good gains to meeeee!!!! Woo hoo!

Wantsmore, sounds like a good thing to try. Tell me, how do you keep the grip inder the shower? Won’t it slip?

Good question. Yes, it will unless you use soap! The soap, for me, is key.

Before I slide a ring on I will soap up my hands and unit- that way the ring goes on very easily. I then use the silky-ness of the soap to pull my dick in a kind of “whirlybird” fulcrum stretch against the whole circumference of the ring. Then, when I’ve got the unit loosened, I put the works under the shower spray which washes the soap away- and this is why you use soap and not shampoo. The soap leaves it’s “soapy residue” on the works and makes for a very good tacky grip. I’ve used a few commercial soaps and they all work really well. After I fulcrum the unit against the ring right, up, left, and then down, I soap up again (which helps to slide the ring off), slide the ring off, give the unit a little smoothing massage and then slide the ring, plus another, back on to the unit and then repeating the process. Without the grip of the soapy residue there’s no way you can get a good enough grip under the wet heat of the shower. Once you use the soap, BINGO- good to go.

The thing I’m going for with the actual stretching is to spend at least 2 minutes holding the stretch against the fulcrum of the ring in each direction. It’s a total stretch of the tunica through 360 degrees. Another thing I watch for is that I’m not all asshole puckered (doing a kind of defensive kegel) against the stretch. If you really focus intently on staying relaxed and keeping yourself supple, you would be amazed how much you can stretch your dick out with this one. If you get into it, you’ll see. There’s so many different ways to blast your tunica (and even your ligs if you get creative) stretching with these weights.

Another note of caution though: go easy. You can get such traction on your dick with these when you’re doing them right that it feels like you could just break the fucker off- NOT a desireable result!

Good luck. The orange ones that they used to sell at wallmart down here in S. Florida are apparently no longer being stocked. I’ve been to 4 stores over the last 2 months looking for one more (and yes, it’s because my dick is getting stretched out so much that I can now do another!) and haven’t been able to find it- nor is there an unoccupied slot for them in the golf section. Has walmart discontinued offering them? Let me know if you find them at your wallmart moon000shine.

Would Monty’s peweights be OK for this method? I think you may be on to something here, its A stretches, V stretches, and side fulcrums every half inch all along the shaft, brilliant.

BINGO~! Finally someone who can say what I’ve been getting at in less than 50 words!

You’ve stricken to the heart of the thing DR. Pepper. By using the weights you get as much of a heavy duty fulcrum stretch as you can handle on the top, sides, and bottom of your dick in half inch increments from the base to the glans. My bpfsl wing up 3/8ths of an inch in the first two weeks of doing these. You can tell right away after you start doing these that there’s something to them that you’re not getting in any other stretch.

The main thing is that by staging the stretch in 1/2” increments (ring by ring), and by holding each stretch for an allotted period of time, you are GAURANTEED to stretch your whang from all angles and at equal times up the ENTIRETY of your shaft.

My main jumps-for-joy realization with these is that I know that I am blasting my TUNICA in the best possible way and I’m a firm believer that gains in excess of 1” are most likely due to tunica work, and not lig work.

Monty's PE weights

I use both golf weights and also Monty’s PE weights as a ADS. I combine 8 rings together for the weight of 4 lbs for a period 4-5 hrs every other day.

Absolutely, incredible method, removes all guess work of where you hit already. Now to my question. Monty’s weights have a flat outerside, could this be too sharp on the penis? Are the golf weights round all over? Do you bend the penis at just a 90 degree angle or do you bend it back over the weights toward the body? (essentially folding it back over)
