Last night I performed an experiment on myself. I used a direct current to stimulate my penis. Then I tested he effects of stimulation on my wife. Here I report methods and results.
Experiment 1: electrical stimulation applied to the scrotum.
Method: The anode electrode was positioned on the left testicle and the cathode electrode was attached to the right testicle (unfortunately I cannot attach pictures of the experiment here, but I can send you if you request it privately). I ran a 10 mA direct current for 30 minutes. The objective was to stimulate the production of sperm, thus increasing sexual arousal.
Results: overall I felt a slight tingling sensation on my scrotum and later I noticed red spots, blisters, and burned pubic hair on the skin surface where stimulated was applied. Aside from the slight burning hair odor, everything seemed okay and the subject felt slightly excited. I seemed to have worked.
Experiment 2: transpenile direct current stimulation.
Method: The anode electrode was placed on the distal end of the penile glans, while the cathode electrode was placed on the proximal shaft, near the dorsal blood vessels. A direct current stimulation that lasted for 30 minutes was applied. It started at 1 mA and it was gradually increased to 10 mA.
Results: Results were amazing. The electric current seems to have stimulated the dorsal vein, increasing blood flow in the corpus spongiosum. An erection occurred without the need for visual or tactile stimulation. Copulation lasted for 2 minutes. The subject’s wife rated the subject’s sexual performance a "3" in a 5-point Likert scale.
Side effects: The subject suffered of priapism for 10 hours after the conclusion of coitus. Nevertheless, the subject rated the effects of stimulation as "better than Viagra".
PS: Don’t try this at home.

I’m intrigued by the priapism— others here over the years have pondered a connection between priapism and enlargement— chemical PE, sickle cell anemia, even clamping and maintaining a pumped engorgement for time have all been thought to play a role in a bigger cock.

If tCDS applied to penis can provide a 10 hour engorgement a la viagra then there may be PE value.

What I mean is that the story is most likely made up. I see no reason why electrical stimulation would cause priapism. Go ahead and try (it should be a simple experiment to set up) but I wouldn’t get my hopes up. I personally have seen no such effects on the occasions that I’ve had current passed through my penis (before I found a good antiperspirant I was messing around with an Iontophoresis unit for a while and couldn’t resist the urge..).

I use Estim all the time. A great way to lay back and get off. I regularly use current as described. Never had a priapism from it. Quite the opposite, once current is removed, if I am not otherwise stimulated (visually, tactile, wtvr) my boner goes away.
