The secret to continued gains.

The secret to continued gains.

After 2 1/2 years on this forum, I have come to the conclusion that most guys gain pretty good for the first couple of months, and then the gains stop. I have seen several people that have said they even lost some of their gains. When I check old posts by PE veterans on Thunders and other forums most of them have not gained anything in years, even though the have been very active.

A lot of guys suggest deconditioning breaks for months at the time.
I’m not a big believer in that. To me it’s just wasting time you could use to make your dick bigger.

The human body has an unbelievable ability to adapt very quickly. When your dick has adapted to the exercises you do, is when your gains will stop in my opinion.

I have been trying a different method, although with less than 5 months of active PE, I can’t know for sure yet if it works better than most other programs.

My “secret” is that I constantly change my PE routine. I change the number of rest days, exercises, intensity and time. I always keep my dick guessing. If you jelq 30 minutes and stretch 30 minutes per day 5 on and 2 off for example, your dick will get used to that and always knows what to expect.

I might do manual stretching for 15 minutes followed by 10 minutes of dry jelqs one day, then 30 minutes manual stretching and three 15 minute sets of clamping the next day, and perhaps 30 minutes of wet jelqs and uli’s the following day. I change my routine EVERY day.

I believe this could be the secret to continued gains.

I would appreciate your input regarding this theory.

Now, BPEL:8.375"X6.750"

I’m only a newbie so tell me to f- myself if you so desire, but seems to me many guys gain pretty good judging by their stats.

And up to 2 months you’re meant to be lucky if you gain anything. In fact, I believe the 1st survey excluded anyone with <3months right off the bat.

Peter, I agree with you on the idea that constant changes is one of the keys to quicker success… This is why I think exercises such as the “DLD blasters” work so well. The combination of exercises throws the penis “off guard,” making it harder to adapt.

I think a random combination of exercises is one of the best ways to go after the first 3-6 months.

I completely agree Peter, that is exactly what I do as well. I’m constantly changing up my routine, and not just reps and time. I change the exercises as well. I’ll do dry jelqs with bends for a few weeks, then wet jelqs with pumping, then mixed versions of those. I’ve gained slowly and steady for a year and a half now.

I havent done any hanging yet, I’m waiting for the next lag in gains before I advance on to that. My latest thing is my heat pad, I use that sucker throughout my whole routine.

Hey Peter, I was wondering if someone would write a tread like this.

In most posts I have read, people are always talking about sticking to a routine.I never seem to be able to stick to one.

I have now been doing inconsistent pe for a couple of weeks now, with my purpose being, to try and confuse my dick so he never knows what I’m going to do next. Dont know if I have gains, but its worth a shot.

Later

Hey Peter, I think you might be right on spot with that mix up thing all the time. I had 0.5 EL and 0.3 Eg gains the first two months and since then I am struggling.

I just started a new routine and I will see where that takes me in a month and if it takes me NOWHERE then I will try your method.

How about your gains with that thing going on?

Started :BPEL 7.0 x 5.5 Now: BPEL 7.6 x 5.8 Goal: NBPEL 8.6 x 6.3 "Don´t let yourself get attached to anything that you are Not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the HEAT around th corner." --Robert De Niro (talking to Al Pacino in a caffe in the Movie HEAT)

I noticed I always got my quickest gains when I bought new device, pump, power jelq, ADS, etc or change my manual excersise. So I would have to agree with you!!

I wonder just how often one would need to change? I know in the gym every 2-3 months is a good time to change a routine.

Peter, I must say you’re one of the few that I respect in terms of gains.

You say you change every day, but do you ever go back to the original routine you did. For example, if mon, tues, and wed were all completely different routines, and thursday was a day off, would you come back on friday and do monday’s routine.

Just asking because I like to keep things regimented so if I were to change things everyday, I would still need so consistency.

Pud, curious, do you keep a log?

Could you give me an approximation of how steady your gains are?

bombazine,

I too wonder this. I have never heard the phrase you should change your routine every 2-3 months. Where can I get more info on this?

I agree, just like bodybuilding. You gotta change up your routine so you muscles don’t get used to the same exercises over and over.

I will have to agree with Peter, not only because it makes sense, but I can verify from experience. I just got off a 4 month decon break over the summer, started out as 2 months but summer caught up with me. Anyways, since the month I’ve been back, I have changed my routine every 2 weeks, making me on my 3rd routine so far. In that time, I have not only regained the 0.25 EL as per my measurement in my sig, but I saw an increase of 0.1275 EL at measurement time putting me if correct at 6.875 BPEL.

Progress Tracking As of 01/01/05 : 6.5 BPEL x 5.25 G As of 04/08/05 : 6.75 BPEL x 5.25 G Short Term Goal : 7 BPEL Long Term Goal : When a trip to china and getting on the great wall means hopping on my member

My secret has been revealed, damn.

I dont keep a log, I measure from time to time but not often.

I went from 5.8 nbpel x 4.25 a little over a year ago to 6.14 nbpel x 5.0

The length increase was newbie gains, I dont do exercises specifically for length, that came from jelqing alone. I’m about to start hanging soon. Hanging scares me a little, it seems a bit extreme. I dont like the thought of cutting off circulation for extended periods of time.

I have a heavy day light day routine. On my heavy day I heat pump to get warmed up. Then I wet jelq in between pump sets, I do this for an hour. On my light day if I am sufficiently sore from the previous heavy day, I just heat pump with kegels minus the jelqing. So I jelq every other day is what it amounts to. If I’m not sore from the heavy day I’ll double up the heavy day. If im turtling I take the night off.

As long as im gaining I stick with whats working. As soon as the gaining stops, I change up the exercises.

Yes I agree. When bodybuilding, you need to change up routines so that the muscles don’t get used to the routine. I’ve started PE for about 3 weeks and haven’t changed my schedule yet. If I gain then I will continue that routine. After stop gaining then I will switch up.
