Both together works fastest for me. But pumping before you are good and familiar with the manual exercises is generally thought of as jumping the gun around here.

Again, wonderful thread! :) Still are there any Neutral PIs that exist for only the other exercises? Hanging for instance, clamping etc? Or are all the neutral PIs and negative PIs for all routines?

Thanks sparky this has helped so much! I have been PEing for 6 months and recently exeprienced dramatic EQ and size loss and I now understand actually how little I need to do to get gains. However I need to leave my member to recover for now!

I use a extender 5 hours a day and jelq and squeeze 5 days a week for 45 minutes, I rest weekends. I seem to be making no gains. Am I doing too much. I’m I doing something wrong ,can you help

I have been consistently wearing an extender for the past month or two, I am feeling some type of indicator in my PC muscle. I call this the Anti-Flex, because it literally feels like my PC muscle is doing the opposite (feels like it is pushing out as opposed to sucking in during kegaling) when I relax it. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Thanks for the good advice. I’ve been doing PE for about a week and grossly over doing it. Have been well tolerating it, have had the best night and morning wood I’ve had in years (not bad for 66}. Guess I’m finding this too much fun. But I now realise sometimes less is more, I will better results from exercising patients. Thanks Sparky!

Definitely the red spots are not neutral to me.. They became negative since It’s a sign I am overdoing it (but it’s great, cause then I know when it’s time to take a day off). They used to appear after 3 days of jelqing, but now that my unit is more used to the exercises, it takes 4 or 5 days.. Maybe it’s time to tighten up my fingers or do more jelqs per day!
