NEED bigger balls clarification and help!

Okay here’s my issue: My balls aren’t that small its just that they are like just skin and testicles (does this mean i have a low sperm count?) The ball sac is made up of testicles and fluids (what are the fluids…just sperm?) and im lacking the fluid i guess. My balls hang at ok levels when I’m flaccid but when I get an erection they get very small. I see pictures of guys that have huge balls erect and flaccid. Can mine be this way? Also doesnt the skin from your balls come out to make up your erection? If it does then ball size does matter for erection size. If you guys could help clear this up it would be greatly appreciated. Also what are the best techniques to make the balls full of fluid and bigger? I’ve tried searching on here for bigger balls and came across some information, but not quite what I’m looking for.

I feel the same way as you about the size of the testicles. Supposedly, a natural supplement called Damiana is supposed to help increase the size of your testicles. In fact, I just picked up a bottle of it about a week ago. It’s like $4.99 at Vitamin Shoppe or around $8 on ebay (because of shipping). I just began my routine of four 510mg capsules a day (2 in the morning, 2 at night). Other members have seen some increase in testicle size from Damiana. Some members, so it seems, have not seen any difference. You might want to check out the “supplement” forum as well. There’s a few discussions on it.

I’m not a big fan of “ball stretching” (too many nerves and stuff going on down there, I’d rather play it safe haha). But apparently ball stretching helps though.

Ultimate Goal: Being happy with the size of my penis.

Let me know how the Damiana works. Although im talking more about the fullness of the ball sac (fluid i guess) rather than the testicals themselves.

No, the size of adult testicles or scrotum has nothing to do with sperm count. Let’s get some terminology straight first. The sac is called the scrotum. It contains the testicles, one on each side with a septum (divider tissue) between. “Nuts” or “balls” refers to the whole package. There’s nothing else in there except some blood vessels (veins and arteries) and the tubes that collect and transport the sperm.

Semen is the name for the stuff that is ejaculated. It is made up of sperm cells (a very small part of the total volume) and other fluids which are added “along the way” from the testicles to the outside. The prostate gland is a major contributor of fluid. Semen is not “stored” in the scrotum. It is made fresh each time you ejaculate.

Some guys have a loose sac others a tight one and still others have both depending on a lot of factors. There are two things that make the scrotum contract up close to the body giving the appearance of smaller balls. One is the spermatic cord. This is a bundle of arteries, veins, lymph vessels, the vas deferens (the tube that carries sperm from the testicles) and a muscular sheath. Because the testicles are at the end of this bundle they can be raised and lowered by contractions of the muscle layer of the cord. In a cold environment the muscle layer contracts and pulls the testicles closer to the body (sperm production requires a certain temperature). In a warm environment the muscle sheath relaxes and allows things to hang away from the body (again trying to keep that constant temperature). Some guys have very active spermatic cord muscles and during erection/excitement their testicles are pulled up close. This happens particularly at ejaculation time. You have no control over it. Some guys have loose ones all the time because their spermatic cord muscles are not as strong or active as yours.

The other thing that causes the scrotum to hang loose or contract up tight are the tiny muscles in the scrotal skin. They react to the environment the same as the spermatic cord by contracting in the cold and relaxing in the heat. In some men the scrotal skin will also contract to touch. Again, you have no control over this. So, in other words, you’re stuck with what you have. As long as you can produce sperm and the body can regulate the temperature of the testicles by raising and lowering them, you will have loose ones when you’re not hard and tight ones when you are erect.

Some enterprising fellow might suggest having the nerves that control the up and down movement cut or somehow disabled. That might work, but you’d also lose all sensation in the scrotum (they’d be numb) because the same nerves that cause the movement also transmit the nerve signals involving touch.

In some guys part of the scrotal skin is pulled up the shaft during erection, but it has nothing to do with the size of the erect penis. That’s determined by the internal structures (the corpora cavernosa mainly). However, the amount (or lack) of scrotal skin you have may be contributing to tight balls during erections. Skin stretching works. Five minutes a day of manually stretching out the scrotal skin may help keep them looser during erections. Or you can just wait to get old. As men age their scrotum tends to naturally hang lower.

Damiana causes a swelling of the testicular tissues, but it is temporary and does not have any effect (that I’m aware of) on the skin of the scrotum. Vacuum pumping pulls fluid into the tissues of the scrotum, and over time this type of stretching may help them hang lower, but it’s probably not good on the sperm producing testicles. Manual stretching is probably the only thing you can do that may help.

I have tried Tribulus Terrestris, it is a natural herb that increases the luteinizing hormone from your brain and that in turn tells your testes to make more testosterone. It is used to increase testosterone for weight lifting also to increase sex drive. It is also used by bodybuilders to keep their testicles from shrinking when they get on some steroid cycle or to stimulate their own testicles to start producing testosterone after they come off a steroid cycle.

I have used it and it definitely raises sex drive, and testosterone but I don’t know if it increased the size of my testicles. I think it didn’t but I hardly used it for too long since it really increased my testosterone quickly and I got aggressive, horny, territorial you know all that good shit that I thought I would only have in High School.

The one I tried was the best called Tribestan.

Sit in a chair that allows you to have your balls right at the front edge of the seat. Open you legs wide. Grasp the ball sac with the thumb and first two fingers of each hand at lowest hanging part of the scrotum below the testicles. Push your arms away from your body and away from each other pulling the scrotum into a flat sheet of skin. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat.

That’s useful information although how many times should I do it? Just add it to my routine but how many sets?

Just curious as to whether or not anyone has had success with this (scrotal) stretching?? I’ve got the same issues as unluckyitalian (I also happen to be 1/2 italian.. Go figure)
Personally I love the way low hangers look & would love if mine would hang a lil (or a lot) lower.

The manual stretching illustrated in westla’s post didn’t work for me after about a month. I’ve started a much more sustained stretching effort documented here.

This thread is also very informative.

I’m Italian and I’ve always had a large sac. I don’t think your heritage is the issue - other than how it relates to genetic traits that you happen to have. Lot’s of Italian’s have brown eyes, mine are blue.

westla has given you good advice. It’s a good way to start: slow. slipstreams’s thread seems very good too, with a caveat: he closely monitors his PI’s. It’s tricky to do this well when you are new. Again: start slow. Follow westla’s plan and see what happens. Read up and be very cautious and observant with your body. As you gain experience you’ll be better able to experiment.

The penis is a fairly durable organ, but the cords and veins, etc. of the ball-sac are a little more delicate. Focus on the skin first.

And for God’s sake don’t pump your balls. There’s no need for that.

I was also curious about ‘ball’ size. Is increasing size something I should bother looking into, or is this just one of those things I’m gonna have to embrace & learn to live with. Mine seem a touch smaller than the norm.
