Morning Wood

I’m not having a go at sparky personally.

But you have to be realistic, or every headache is a brain tumour, nausea is organ failure and so forth.

If Sparky does have the medical knowledge and is valid in his point, then let him state the percentage of 28 years old who have a heart attack? And furthermore the percentage who have angina at that age?

There is of course a risk, but the stats show not a greatly valid one at that age, even less if the male is healthy at 28. I’d even go as far as to suggest other factors beyond atherosclerosis at that age are likely to results in a cardiac incident. E.g. Cardiac arrhythmia, pericarditis, underlying structural problem in the heart, inbalance of potassium and so forth.

How is he cocky?

He just schooled a poster who gave us weak information.

Is Allen Iverson cocky for crossing over Jordan in ‘96?

I appreciate his post. The last worry I need is about fucking heart failure at 21 years old (since I’m going through an ED phase as well).

PE should, in my opinion, be a health thing, like brushing our teeth and working out.

I had issues with morning wood (actually still do a little but I’m just starting PE so that should clear up) and decided to get a full checkup. I’m fit as a fiddle, as a matter of fact I’m in the best shape of my life right now.

The issue was/is sometimes Anxiety. Some say it shouldn’t effect morning wood but let me tell you if you have anxiety you don’t sleep well or deep at all, and it will effect it. The brain is a powerful thing, and when you have anxiety you release adrenalin which is a boner killer!

Can I be honest guys?

Why is everyone getting a check-up because they don’t have morning erections? I can understand this with ED, but morning wood isn’t ED!

If I went to a GP over here with this problem they probably wouldn’t give me the time of day, it is a none issue in isolation.

However, I suspect it just reinforces my thoughts on public vs private medical systems.

If the doctor is making a buck, they’ll want to check me over (and take my money) by almost any means, not based on medical need or medical reality.

I think most people are doing themselves an injustice by not getting a full checkup once a year regardless of any symptoms. Just my opinion.

I could’ve told you that myself SS.

Ironically, and I’m not trying to get suspended here believe me, but ironic ain’t it that your name’s SS.

I’m not being funny, but what good has yearly checkups and private medical insurance done in the states?

Check the stats for cardiac incidents, cancer, diabetes, obesity and so forth, such an approach has hardly worked, has it?

I’m not sure a yearly checkup is required in most under 30’s who live healthy unless they have symptoms.

Certainly I’d never waste the time of the NHS by visiting them because in isolation I don’t have morning erections every x days.

I’m all for guys knowing their numbers as regards BP, cholesterol, etc, etc, and for guys visiting doctors when they have symptoms.

However, the issue isn’t the guy going to the doctor with symptoms, it is those guys too proud, embarrassed etc to go!

Ironic only if you are attempting to imply that he is a fascist.

The influence for his name was actually sports rather than political if I recall correctly. The location is both an acknowledgment that people sometimes take the name the wrong way and and an acknowledgment that the US has become a bit more fascist in recent years. Or I could be completely clueless, who knows. Being vocal in expressing bigoted opinions of any type is one of the quickest ways to get ones ass baned. Well, that and not using the speel check.

Plenty wrong with the medical system in the US but I would separate that from potential health benefits from getting yearly checkups. A doc can’t do much about people that insist on drinking too much, smoking, or eating crap; however, plenty of killer things exist that are no biggie if caught early. Some of those killers the docs can catch in a routine physical. I am used to being required to have lots of checkups from my time in the military for purposes of maintaining ratings in certain specialities. My medical costs me nothing so I continue to get a yearly check up.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Do all fascist have big dicks?

If so, I wanna be one :)
