Anyone out there gains real nice gains from manual stretching only.

I know jelqing with stretching is better, I’m just curious if anyone just hardcore manual stretching-hitting the ligs or tunica or both, and get some nice gains?

Have you gone about this with the idea of more is better-by keeping the tunica or ligs in the fatigued state?

A few years ago, I started a stretching routine. Since I this was just a crazy idea that came in my mind (I had not even heard about PE back then), I made my routine pretty simple:

5 min. stretch upwards
5 min. straight out
5 min. with a bit of a downward angle

Results: I gained an inch in about 2 months.

I was mostly targeting the ligs

After that, I kept on doing this routine for another year and did not gain anymore.

Yep ofcourse, there a lot of members out there gaining in length from manual stretching, including me :)
PE’ers has their own target, stretching help to gain LENGTH and jelqing mostly help to gain GIRTH and even LENGTH.
I believe that most of them do manual stretching if they’re not good at hanging.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I got around 0.8 inch in 3 not intense months… manuals only, AND I was exercising my very loose ligs (around 7 LOT) and still had good gains… So try it :)

Strangely enough, this is the most inspriational thread I have read yet, mainly because I suck at hanging ( just makes my whole too sore-not just the target area) and I jelqed 10 weeks without seeing anything ( I know 10 weeks isn’t all that long, but I didn’t even see 1/2mm gain on anything)

I comfortably feel great pulls on my tunica and ligs when I do manual stretching, so I’m going to try it out for a little bit, as often as I can every day

Hey powpow do you do 5 mins straight out at once each direction or shorter time which adds up to 5 mins each way (eg 5 1 min strectches)

I have only done manual stretching. Had my first lig pop ever the other day which startled me. Felt like I pulled my dick out another quarter inch with one pull.

Dedication is the key. I love my dick now and will continue to stretch as long as possible.

This is a routine I no longer do but it really consisted in stretching countinously in the same direction for 5 min. not 5 x 1 min or 2x 2,5 mins. It worked great!

you need breaks to heal. That is when th epenis grows I think.

I did manual stretches most of the time. Got 1 inch in length after 2 years.
But that could have been even more if I hadn’t made so many and long breaks.

Did it 3-6 times per week for 15-40 minutes. Normales stretches most of the time.
Some V- and A-Stretches and Blasters, too…

I did also manual stretches at the beginning and for 4 month’s I’ve gained almost an inch in lenght.But I suppose this is the newbie gains.After that it became really hard to maintain gaining.


Started september 2004: BPEL 6,1" and EG 5,1" September 2006: BPEL 7,5" and EG 5,5" My longterm goal: BPEL 8,5" and EG 6"

That was my goal since I started.

That was about 7.1 and I wanted to get to about 8.6 .. that is a gain of 1.5.

However meaning NBPEL but in my case the difference is about 0.3 or 0.4 so I would really need like 2 inches to be completely satisfied.

What did you mainly do Remek? I dont think I can do good at hanging. I am uncut and that makes it more difficult so manual is the way to go I hope.
