Do orgasms hinder PE gains?

Well I did 1.75” in 5 months, with 2 PE sessions a day 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the evening, a maximum of 15 mins jelqing a day. That seems to be a load less than a lot of newbies and the gains are pretty reasonable. In that 5 month period the longest time I took off was 3 weeks and I regularly took a week off. I started 3:1 and then moved on to 5:2

I think generally that frequent workout work better too but I don’t see this as a bar to proper healing, in the end we all sleep and all manage to put a few hours between sessions.

I think the faster it is the better. Thats one good reason for a hot wrap after a session, it will draw blood in as the boody tries to cool the area. I do think you have a point on the complete healing thing if you consider complete healing as something likely to create extra strength. I do know that 5:2 worked well for me because the penis was stressed consistently and then given time too heal, I’m sure there is an advantage in healing even if its not quite ‘complete’ healing.

Memento, I should have asked this earlier- How often did you masturbate and/or ejaculate during this period? Did you masturbate whenever, or did you make sure to masturbate before or after PE. Did you abstain at all?

I rarely masturbated, but I have a rather nasty cottaging habit so ejaculation was rather frequent. I don’t think I ever masturbated after a session. I’ve probably added better detail elsewhere and this answer should be viewed in the context of the next paragraph.

The nick is dual purpose, a memento is what I got out of this place and I have a 3 second memory and a life that appears to run backwards rather too often for comfort.

Avocet8 and other veterans have recommended the importance of finishing a PE session by (re)gaining an erection, to assertain whether you’ve overtrained. Sometimes it might be difficult for an individual to complete their PE session this way … and then stop. I know for myself, there are times when if I don’t reach orgasm after PE, I’m stuck with blue balls after a long pumping/jelqing session… and regardless of potential loss of gains, that’s a health issue I don’t find appealing…

In my experiences of doing PE and then having an orgasm would just be that the orgasm for whatever reason makes my penis feel like it has just done another set of strecthes and on the average it seemed to take longer before it was willing to take the punishment again.

Of course I also found that if you are able to get a lot more erection time that you probably won’t notice as much. So obviously the correlation is that the more blood flow the better. However some people can masturbate 10 times a day some only 1 time a week or less.

I do find that a happy medium may be to wait a couple hours after you PE just to make sure that your penis isn’t so tired and then do it. I seem to have a lot more luck not having more down time this way.

So to conclude this thought I would say that ejaculation is another stress on the penis and depending on how much stress you can take, it won’t matter that much either way.

What I can say is that I just feel better when I dont masturbate after PE. Like if I feel it will grow faster. But I guess its all in my mind. Like some people say, its awful to keep your balls blue. I do Memento’s routine, now I’m having a bit of trouble in my wrists, but my dick looks better. It’s been a month, and I’ve gained a little bit. I have to keep it up, so im putting together a Captain wench to stretch easier.

So, I guess that for me, is better not to masturbate. It also helps me to gain control over my ejaculation when I have sex.

I have noticed an increase in length flexibility while partially erect (50 - 80%) when I do back to back sessions.. Because a little touch up turns into a partial session on rest days. After January 2015, if no length gains are achieved I will start doing the “hit it hard and frequent” method.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

In PE there are no absolutes. For some it made a difference.

From the time my dick could get hard till 20 it seemed liked I had to jack off as a matter of survival and it was also the time when I had the most growth. that was all most 30 years ago. So I really don’t think shooting a load will hinder gains if that was the case we all would have 3 inch dicks. :)
