I’m curious to try clamping but must ask some questions first.. maybe I should wait because I’ve read that clamping is the last you do, maybe not!

I hope some can give me som good info if I should give clamping a go or forget about it and continue what im doin now.

What is the best routine to start up with?

Do you only gain girth or do you gain lenght with clamping also?

Beginning 12/17/13 BPEL: 13.97 (5.5") EG: 12.2 (4.8")

Current 06/14/14 BPEL: 17.3 (6.811") EG: 13.3 (5.24")

Goal the Perfect Penis BPEL: 19.1 (7.5") EG: 15.25 (6")

Seems whatever you are doing currently is giving you good results. I think you should wait until your gains stall before trying that. But it’s a good plan for when they do.

Clamped bends are dangerous, but if you want to do them, after clamping to a light erection hold the base of your penis with one hand around the clamp, supporting it just above the clamp, and use the other hand on your glans to gently but firmly bend the shaft in your chosen direction. Hold the bend for around 90 seconds. Work all the directions until the tunica feels mildly tired.

Yeah does sound dangerous. I’ll pass on that.
I’m hanging right now and have been doing it for a while. I’m at 8 lbs since I can only do limited sets. Some days only one set and some days 5 or 6. Not sure how long it will take to see results. Then I’ll clamp. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks! Question for the senior members… What if you did 7 hours of hanging per week plus clamping? Wouldn’t that stretch in all areas or just create an issue where you won’t gain anything?

If you are very well conditioned and monitor your PI’s closely, try it. You may find it’s too much and you are not getting enough recovery, depending on how much clamping you do. Personally, I’d probably favour pumping instead of clamping to go with hanging.

Really awesome guide and will use this when I will start clamping in future.

hi guys, I’m on my grind one day if one day no clamping 2 sets of 10 minutes break weekends, I wonder if the clamp and do not be 100% simpre erection if you gain the same effect? sometimes I like to see it without much erection with clamp and less obviously tired … thanks.
