Can't you temp gain - stretch girth

I measured before workout and I did girth exercises , one I got 90-95% erect and did OK grip and base and glads and I can feel pressure on the sides or mid shaft , a little in the glads I hold for 10-25secs till I can tell I’m losing the erect say 75% then I get back to 90% and repeat I did then for 45mins , time flew lol I got 100% and measured to see if I stretched the girth even a little and NO from what I can tell I didn’t . Or is it so microscopic that it will take a month before I can see the result of a few MM or 0.5cm

I get a 1/4 inch or more increase in girth by end of session. I would say use more force if your penis is conditioned enough to handle it.
