How are bundles working for you?

I tried it several times and after reading this thread I think what the op said make good sense, I don’t usually use it, other methods are working fine, seem like this technique apply high force, some day will use it when I reach a plateau, who knows?

I’m new to this website and PE as well. I’ve tried it before but I’m not really sure if I do it correctly and get any gains from it. But all I really want to know is if I’m averaged size. I have pictures (I’m not gay) but I have a problem with judging my own body. I need honest answers. People always tell me I’m pretty buff but I need opinions on my, you know.. So yea. No negativity please, just need reassurance. Thanks.

Do most people who do this stretch straight out, or using a fulcrum? What have been people’s experiences in gaining girth?

I perform a similar stretch which I call a rotary “hand drill” or “bicycle” stretch.

Description: At a 50-70% erection level, grasp shaft with an OK grip (thumb and forefinger) about 2” below the edge of the glans with the left hand,palm down, little finger on the base side — grab just under the glans with the right hand OK grip palm down little finger toward the head.

Wrap as many fingers of each hand around the shaft and glans as will fit and squeeze.

This acts as a clamp on both sides of the 2” of the shaft we will be working on.

Now, rotate hands as if you were using a rotary hand drill (for woodworking) or trying to pedal a bicycle with your hands. This stresses the tunica in multiple vectors under pressure.

Perform about 50 rotations in one direction, then reverse.

Move hands 1” toward the base — repeat until left hand is pressed as far to the pubic bone as possible.

If your dominant hand is you left hand reverse the hands.

If you prefer, you can start from the base and work to the glans.

Repeat this exercise based on the conditioning level of your penis.

It would be nice to refer to this as Kdong’s Rotary Bicycle Stretch if you desire — unless it has been previously described under another name.

I think I understand what you’re describing, but I’m not sure. I suppose you don’t want to make a video of these? Sounds like a unique way of stressing the tunica which I haven’t seen before. Do you use it for girth?

I tried bundle stretch for a month after I got burned on a heat lamp and couldn’t clamp. I was stuck at 5.75 girth for a while. I am now at close to 6 and all I did was 15 min. A day.

I don’t know if the growth was from the rest or the bundles

Goal - BPEL 7.5" EG 6.25" BPFL 4.5" FG 5.25"

Yes, it needs.Bundles before girth workout will make the difference for people with tunica as a limiting factor

I’ve been doing the bundled stretches for a couple of days and I like the intensity and my E Q. Hasn’t been adversely effected.
