Tickling balls

My balls tickle near the bottom and I was wondering could this be due to fowfers?

If it’s not, could PE in general be the cause? Also, is this anything to be concerned with?

Are you sure you don’t mean tingling? A tickle is kind of a pleasant sensation created from a light touch. Tingling is usually the result of lack of oxygen in the blood in that area.

So it would totally depend on what PE exercises you’re doing. If you pull on your balls or use a ring round them that may be the cause.

Yeah it’s not quite tickling, it is more of a tingling and itchy feeling.

I don’t use cock rings or pull on my balls though.

Not sure if this is a bad sign or not.

It get this sensation in my shaft when I take a day off; I attributed it to healing.

But why would his balls be healing?

It sounds like you are referring to the natural movement of the testicles inside the sack. When they move around, they do make sort of a tickling sensation. Mine do it all the time.
