Things that hinder girth gain

Things that hinder girth gain

I read over this thread again, ( The most often asked and annoying questions! ), just because I’m such a good TP citizen, and like to read newbie posts. :) Haha. And I came across something that sparked a mini discussion in my head.

Quote
7) What is this tunica I keep hearing about?

A tough fibrous sheath surrounding the spongy erectile tissues. When you have gained all you can from lig stretching, you gain more length by stretching the tunica. This makes the actual shaft longer, allowing more blood to fill in when you get an erection. It is tougher, larger and harder to stretch than the ligs, but is certainly possible, and necessary if you intend to gain multiple inches. The tunica is also the limiting factor for girth, when it is pumped with blood it stretches laterally, making a wider area for blood to fill in when you get an erection.

The last sentence is what had me wondering.

Stretching - Would including this in your newbie routine condition your penis to the point where it makes your ligaments and tunica quite tough to the point where, in 3 months time, gaining girth would be much harder than it normally would have been had you not included stretching in your initial routine?

This thought brought me to the general question: Is there generally anything that you can do as a newbie that will hinder potential girth gains for the future?

Or, from the opposite spectrum: Is there generally anything I can do as a newbie, that will make girth gains easier to acquire in the future?

Because after all, my personal goal is to gain girth out of this PE, when all is said and done. I want to be able to say "I gained 1 inch of girth and 0.5 in length", rather than "I gained 0.2" in girth and 1.5 inches in length".

My current newbie routine consists of both jelqing and stretching.

Starting size: (April 1 2007) 5.95" BPEL x 4.65" EG. | Progress Thread (plus pics)

Now: (August 20 2007) 6.6" BPEL x 4.81" EG. Half way towards my goal! | Current Stats

Short term goal: (3-4 months) 6.8" BPEL, 5.0" EG.. Long term goal (1+ yr): 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.

I agree. I’ve noticed that the ladies rather have it short and fat than long and not so girthy. Even if I just gained .75 in girth it’d be better than a lot of length and no girth. That’s why I always wondered about a newbie routine that focused on girth first.

The only thing that will hinder potential gains in the future (length or girth) is over-training. That is the fastest way to toughen up the tissues so that they resist future efforts. Probably the worst thing you can do which will hinder future girth gains, is to try to get into clamping too early.

Will it be OK to incorporate Ulis in the newbe routine after one month?

Really it is best to just stick with the Newbie routine until you are not getting any more gains from it, before you start adding or substituting exercises.

I wouldn’t start Ulis until the six week point at the earliest, if your gains are slowing. Ulis create a lot of pressure, so it is easy to over do it and cause your tunica to react by toughening up, so start gently and build up gradually.
