I don’t knock tats, I just wouldn’t get one anywhere on my body. I kinda understand common body tats — why would one get a cock tat?

Yeah, I agree with you totally. I don’t knock tats either, but it does nothing for me on my body. I already have a nasty tat on my dick from PEing, discoloration, a tat.

I see loads of tats in the course of my work (not cock tats), and usually ask about them as a discussion topic. I find it interesting, the reasons people give for getting them, and why they pick the designs they do. I’ve helped choose and lay out tats on friends, and sat there while they have been done. I really like artistic tats on other people, but because of the area I choose to live in, I see a lot of ‘home done’ tats of the sort you don’t choose, but that get done while someone is holding you down…. messy ‘right of passage’ tats.

The most common reason I get given for tats is ‘marking a milestone or event in life’. Followed by ‘remembering a loved one’. I suppose I have physical scars from most of the former and emotional ones from the latter! (: When I get a tan, it looks like I have scars tatted all over my arms, back and shins, and because I got circumcised at 19, I have a good circ scar too :rolling: . Who needs tats!
