Hi, I´m Maqui.

And I want my dick back!

I know, that needs some explanation, so let me introduce myself:

I am a 35 year old guy from northern europe and I stumbled upon Information
About PE on the net for some time. Always thought it was quack until I found
Thunders place, which doesn´t look like a ripoff.

When I found out about jelqing 10 days ago I had to confront a problem:

Ever since my college years I knew that I “had nothing to complain about”
As far as my dick was concerned. When I had sex for the first time back then I

My stats 15 years ago were something like that: 75 kg/ 190cm // 185mm x 145 mm

Like 2 years to be honest). I really feared my dick had shrunk. But that was never heard

Lately I only measred something like 6x5 and couldn´t believe it.

After quitting Proscar for 2 Months now and intense PE sessions for 10 days I can proudly
Assure you, that I am nearly back to normal.

A would love to reach a stable none pressed 8 inches in length and only a little more girth.

The only question for me now is: What do I have to do for it?

Will jelqing alone and a little stretching (normal routine) do the trick? I simply can´t wear a
Stretching device throughout the day as I a have to stand in front of customers or colleagues
All of the time.

So, tell me did anyone reach his goal with the normal routine alone?

Good to hear it is coming back! You are best to do the Newbie Routine first to condition your penis. If you are primarily going for length, manual stretchs and jelqing will help you a lot (these are also the main components of the Newbie Routine so that will work out well). For proper techniques, I highly recommend looking at Ocifar’s videos of jelqing and stretching. Just click on “Newbie Routine” at top of Newbie Forum. There is then another link that takes you to the routine, and there is also a link that says something like “PE Videos”. Best of luck with your gains!

I would say continue doing what brought you to the party. Just back off on the intense thing. PE works best when not done so intensely as to cause damage so keep that in mind.

A normal 7,5” is NBP or BP?? This always confuses me.

Welcome Maqui. It’s nice to hear that you finally have your dick back (or your almost there) and you can go further too!

Well it’s also interesting to discover that aging can reduce the size of your dick.. damn I’m 22 … I’m scared. But it seems not aging alone, am I right?

Welcome Maqui. Continue what you are doing until your gains stop. Manual exercises are the foundation of PE, so it will help you gain. You don’t have to wear a stretcher to gain some size.

Thank´s for all ya kind and encouraging replies. Let me clarify some things though.
My “old” measure was 7,5 BP, but I was as skinny as one could get and had really
No “fat pad” alt all. (Which drew some complains, because my “stomach” was so
Hard that it did hurt sometimes).

Now that I have gained some nice love grips my fat pad is about 0,50. Which makes
Up for half of the difference in size, and the rest I would attribute to weaker erections.
And I don´t want to imply here that either Proscar or aging alone did the rest to my pecker.

An unhealthy lifestyle did.

Getting old is no “drag”. Getting lazy and obese is.
