My first post, with a few questions
Hi, I’ve been coming to this site for a few weeks now.
I’ve just started the newbie routine and had a few questions.
1. Should I just to the newbie routine and that’s it?
2. Should I do any other things, like hanging or clamping etc.?
3. If I do the newbie routine 2days on /1 off .how long before you think I’ll see any gains?
4. I’m more a little bit more concerned about girth than length (even though I’d definitely like to get both), what are some good ways to get girth?
5. Are Kegals important?
Right now I’m 6” BPEL and 4.5” EG.I’m a fairly small guy (about 5’6” 130lbs.), is my girth and or length on the small side?
Any replies and answers would be greatly appreciated
