Try it out. Maybe eating healthier along with some physical activity (to get blood pumping) will bring you the results you’re looking for. The way I see it, based on your post, the “diminished blood flow” you referred to would be attributed to your diet. As you put it, the weed gives you munchies, but the diet and lifestyle are what will affect blood flow.
From personal experience, a combination of these has brought me gains and other benefits: meditation, lifting weights, cardio, eating healthy, drinking water, and meticulous PE.
