How many are considered to many in a routine? Maybe max half of a hour of jelqing is better than a certain number?

Take it slow dude, if you are beginner maximum 100 jelqs, after one year you could be doing 300-400. Work slowly from 100 to 400. Focus on the quality, dont squeeze to hard dude. In time you will get more connected and find out how to perform jelqs better and how many to do.

I don’t count, but I do 15 min. of jelqing, its seems to have worked well thus far. Everyone is different.

400 jelqs everyday is torture. I do 200 5days a week and 100 at weekends. It’s basically for penis health and to stimulate gains from other exercises.

I wonder how many jelqs where the people from middle east doing 2.000 years ago :D .

I would think a lot. They didn’t have T.V.

I think it largely depends on your erection level, pressure levels, and length of strokes.

200 2-second jelqs at a low erection level and with light pressure is probably going to carry a much lighter force load than 100 6-second jelqs at a high erection level with much harder pressure.

I know for me, the longer the jelq stroke, the more insult it has. I can do 1,000 very quick jelqs and not feel much, but lately 300 slower jelqs has been pushing me into soreness and fatigue by the end of the session.

It’s a lot harder to do 6 sec strokes when your dick is below average in length but maybe that’s the answer for me. I’ve increased reps since i started in January (couldn’t register in weeks because I never received my activation mail) and I really experienced much harder erections after passing 200 reps so it must have been the right way to go but now it takes a really long time so I’d like to do it more efficiently in less time if it’s possible.

Seems many 3-sec reps at high erection level (can’t maintain low erection level, it drops) works very good for my EQ but is it optimal for gains? I get a bit soar when I’m done but later throughout the day I get frequent bone-hard erections (which is the reason I should do it evening rather than morning :) .

Must add that I currently do 400 reps of 3 sec jelqs but it takes well over 30 minutes so should I ignore the time it takes or limiting my jelqs?

I cant do more than 20 Jelq’s without getting a bit of blood coming from my urethra. I have no idea why, but that is the way it is. It does not seem like I am squeezing too hard - I used to be able to do 100s of Jelq’s without a problem, but now they are off limits for me. It is funny; I can do any other exercise without an issue, even high intensity ones like o-bends, clamping, uli-3’s, intense stretching, hanging, etc. but not jelqing.

It makes me sad, but i guess it isn’t really an issue because I am gaining without them.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Are your urine normal? Maybe you have an urinary infection.
