Kegel and reverse kegel.
Hi, I started to do kegel exercise about a week ago, so obviously this soon I have no idea if that will work for me or not, however..
I have been reading up on the reverse kegel, and? Very confused - Although there is allot of text on this forum, and on other sites.. There is absolutely nothing clear and coherent on this subject! Obviously I have tried to critically analyze the information I have read, and this is what I think (Although I am fairly sure I am wrong) maybe??
When I kegel I tend to contract my entire PC muscle I.e. Around my bum area (not my actual bum muscle of course) also my penis area contracts (like it pulls into my body slightly) this is right so far I take it?
So I am thinking about reverse kegel
Is it when I have enough control over my PC muscle that contracting only the penis area is possible? (As I am starting to be able to do, sorta)
I was thinking that, contracting the full PC muscle will press against my prostate so I cum quickly - if I can manage to only contract my penis - the BC area (bulbospongiosus) without the rest of the PC area, maybe I won’t stimulate the prostate area, and I will stop ejaculation? I mean I would still feel my penis contract towards my body, right? Is that a reverse kegel? And if not does my idea have any substance?
