I was wondering if jelqing and stretching everyday good or bad.Well not everyday but Monday-Friday with weekends off.


(06-23-08):nBPEL: 5.500 x MSEG: 4.250 x FL: 3.500

(10-24-09):nBPEL: 6.000 x MSEG: 4.500 x FL: 5.000

(Christmas 2009):nBPEL: 0.000 x MSEG: 0.000 x FL: 0.000

Try it for 2 weeks.


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

That was my routine actually 5 days on and 2 days off

And my erection quality went down.

(over trained within the 5 days, so my 2 days off have gone to 6 days now and a slight rash fucking perfumed soaps.)

So don’t over do it on your days on or your days off will be longer :(

Well, what if you only do 50 jelqs everyday? As in enough for general fitness but not enough for PE

I just find this side but I started jelqing around two months ago. I used a dry routine because I did not know other techniques till I started to go through this web address. I grew about .5” from 7.25 to 8.25 but for last 3 weeks I do not observe any improvement. Did I overdid jelqing everyday or I should change my routine?

Change your routine, I would simply increase either duration or slightly turn up the intensity.
