If you use protein, will your penis grow faster?

I read from many people here that the penis is classified almost like muscle, so I was wondering, if you take protein shake like whey protein, would your penis grow bigger, thicker, and faster because when doing regular exercise like weightlifting and you take protein, it help your muscle to recuperate, and grow more. Of course you still have to work out your penis.

I ingest almost 200 grams of protein per day and have for nearly 20 years off and can assure you all that protein has done squat for my cock The answer is no.

I think they only classify the penis as a muscle in the comparison that you don’t want to overwork it and give it rest. Otherwise, it’s not like a muscle at all. Extra protein won’t help at all.

Smooth muscle. (Which you can’t workout, like in regular bodybuilding)

And collagen fibers, major.. I think.

Here I meant in terms of hypertrophy, you know?

I think your dick muscles should be made of smooth muscles so that they wont get tired during sex. Your conventional muscle mass wisdom doesn’t apply.

I don't settle for meritocracy

Sorry for the repeat. I didn’t read the replies before me.

I’ve been taking protein supplements for years while doing PE. I can’t say it has made any difference.

But I can’t hurt.

Yeah. This is true unless these (and other) substances compete in the matter of reposition/agregation. I’m not sure, but maybe it happens with some forms of collagen and other complex substances.

No help from protein above and beyond normal levels. I have seen boosts from a healthy high calorie diet which included added protein and steady exercise.

Short term goal: (18.1X12.2cm)(EV:13.08ci) Long term goal: 22X16 cm EV: 26.31ci

Smooth muscle can undergo hypertrophy as well. I’d imagine well-timed protein supplementation may accelerate the recovery of your unit from PE sessions.

Decemeber 2007: 5.8" BPEL x 4.9" MSEG

Current:-------->7.7" BPEL x 5.7" MSEG (7.2" NBPEL)

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

Well, I may need to disagree with you guys. My girth has finally shot up a bit, and the only damn thing I have done was switch protein shakes. Its the only possible explanation. I got off powermaxx and started using amplify XL. It has a whole shitload of bcaa’s that help in the healing of tissues. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you train hard though. Amino acids don’t just heal muscle, it helps all tissue that is in the process of recovery.

But you bulk, right?
The point is: do regular people (who doesn’t train) need all that aminoacid/proteins intake?
I don’t know, but I have this impression that it isn’t really necessary if you eat properly.
But if more people confirm it makes difference, maybe I can review my concepts. :)

The way we grow our penises is somewhat unatural and is physiologically different to how muscle grows, which is a natural response process to the exertion of force. The penis isn’t designed by nature/God to grow any bigger than when you finish growing. It does not require a high protein intake since it is so small (comparatively) to skeletal muscle, which also grows at a much higher rate.

Body builders need to take in lots of protein because otherwise the body starts to catabolise the muscle for an energy source. This is not the case with the penis.

What about Creatine? It isn’t quite a protein shake but it’s meant to speed up the healing process too. I started taking them a few weeks back when I go to the gym. I’m not really if it has done anything but time will tell I guess. Perhaps I’ll take one after my PE work out and see if it does anything.but I doubt though.would have to wait for a few weeks anyway.
