How do you PE?

For all the newbies out there like myself. I wanted to compare newbie routines from fellow newbies and older members. Maybe get a collection started here so if more member joins they can look through the routines/advice and see what people are doing. So they do not over do it or get injured. I will put down the newbie guideline and then maybe few members can reply to it.

Heat Wrap: How do you do it and for how long? (use a wet warm towel, soak in a hot tub, heat pads, etc..)

Stretching: What stretches do you do? How long do you do it? ( manual stretches, v-stretch, jai stretch, etc..)

Jelqing: How long do you do it or how many times? How do you do it? (wet jelq, dry jelq, ok grip, c grip, etc..)

Heat Wrap: How do you do it and for how long? (use a wet warm towel, soak in a hot tub, heat pads, etc..)

Kegels: how many do you do? when do you do them?

Schedule: what days do you do it? do you have fixed schedule? etc…

Extra: Do you do anything extra? Do you stretch through out the day? Do you do kegels besides PE time?

I will start things off.

Heat wrap: I use warm wet towel for about 5 minutes. When the towel gets lower in temperature I pour some warm water on it or sometimes just re wet the towel.

Stretching: So far I only do manual stretches. I hold grip the unit just below the head with an ok grip. I hold for 30 second first straight,right, down, left, and up. I do the repetition twice.

Jelqing: I do about 200 jelqs. I do not time them due to my erection fluctuating. I try to do it at 50% erection when I can. I mainly do dry jelq with the C grip. I am not sure I have got a good handle on it. If someone is experienced with it maybe you can give me a few pointer.

Heat wrap: I end up the session with a soak in a nice warm bath. Usually for 5-10 minutes.

Kegels: I have hard time doing these but I try to do 50 of them holding each one for about 5 seconds. Usually takes me an hour or so.

Schedule: I do PE 2days then take a day off and repeat.

I am a newbie

Heat Wrap: I do 10 - 15 minutes with 2 rice socks, one on each side.

Stretching: I stretch with an overhand OK grip. Straight out, to the left, to the right, up and down. Each 2x for about 30 seconds. Plus one 30 sec stretch to all directions, clockwise and anti-clockwise.

Jelqing: 10 minutes of wet jelqing, starting at a low erection (30 - 40%) then slowly increasing erection and strength of grip toward the 10 minute mark. I have an overhand OK grip with the other hand holding back the skin.

Heat Wrap: 5 - 10 minutes with a warm water bottle.

Kegels: 20x while exhaling, releasing when inhaling. 20x while exhaling, holding for 3 breaths, on the 3rd inhale I release. And every time I take the bus. (8 to 10x a week for half an hour)

Schedule: 2 days on, 1 day off. Kegels at night when I lay in bed, before sleep.

Extra: I take some supplements, Ginkgo Biloba and Ginseng. Plus when I masturbate I take it slow, focusing on how it feels and trying to enjoy it as much as I can. I’m kind of un-learning the speeds I used to masturbate at, which really de-sensitified my tool.


Now --> 6.125" BPEL x 5" EG

Goal --> 7" BPEL x 5.2" EG

I’m doing the heat wrap with a wet face-cloth , is it good?

And by the way what are kegels please?

I searched and seen the progress report and personal routines. I was just trying to get one thread going with every newbie and advice thread. Oh well thanks everyone for posting.
