Horse squeezes

Hi All,

I’m fairly new to PE and am quite impressed with what I have experienced so far as results go.

I’m working on a routine and have a question as to a particular item called ‘horse squeezes’

Could someone tell me what they are?

However, they are very scary, and I am much too intimidated to try these, even though I have done PE for almost 6 months. If you are fairly new, it’s okay to know what it is, but please don’t try it.

Horse 440s are NOT for beginners. I would PE for about a year before I try them if I were you.

Wait until you have done 3 months of steady PE before doing horses. After that I recommend them highly, excellent gains can be made from them.
