Since I cant start a thread in the main member section I thought I would start it here.

I was just wondering what is the most total size anyone has gained from PE? Most length gained, most girth gained, and most volume increase? It would be cool to see the upper limits of PE.

I would also be interested to hear of what others have achieved. I am new to PE but would like to know what gains are possible by dedicating ones self to the task at hand. I also need to get a handle on what goals are realistic, short term and long term. I think a thread like this would help tremendously.

You won’t know what you are capable of until you try PE for a fee months and then give it the boots in a disciplined fashion for a year.

I took me at least that long, and I’m still learning.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

I understand that there is a very very very long learning curve for PE I just want to know what the most gained was. For instance has anyone gained 3.5” in length or 2.5” in girth etc… I would like to gain at least 2” in leangth and 1” in girth which I think is very doable with time.

Well you have Bib and DLD who claim enormous gains, but most think they’re lying. Bennett8 is the largest documented length gain I’ve seem at 2”. And kabous claimed 1.8” girth gain. Those are the largest gains I’ve seen. Though I’m no expert in PE, nor have I been around long enough to know all the big gainers.

I should also mention JonPop on pegym claims 2.5” length and 1.5” girth gains

Even the guys who claim to want gigantic dicks when they begin PE usually gain a certain amount and realise any more is going to have negative effects on the quality of their sex life, so they stop or go to maintainance.

If a guy starts with 5.5” they will tend to feel pretty good about their dick when they hit 7”+, which is an inch and a half - very few are genuinely going to try to gain 3.5”, so you simply won’t see creditable, verified examples of it happening. Same with girth. And many guys who have been doing PE for ages simply don’t ever talk about their size or post photos, and if you ask them they will just tell you to go away and work at it yourself, and see what you can achieve with the time and effort you are able to put in.

It doesn’t matter what someone else has achieved. It matters that you can gain enough to be happy with your own dick. Go away and work at it. It may take a long time even to find what works for you, but with enough persistence, most guys do. :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Genius post by firegoat as usual! With the gains I have achieved so far my wife definitely enjoys sex more but i can also tell she can take more especially in girth so that’s what I am going for.

Even though I agree with what you said 100% firegoat it would still be fun to know the upper limits of PE. I would never want to look like the bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman but it is amazing to see what individuals are capable of in changeing there bodies.

[I’ll share my results with you Ironhead.

I started with around 4” by 4” at age 14 when I found PE. Childproof internet blockers my ass! After 4 years on and off through the rest of middle school and high school I graduated with 8” by 6”. I think I was closer to 8.5” by 6” with a very thin taper, but I lost some gains after a long lay off and I over did it towards the end (Over a month of ED from pumping). Honestly, puberty helped out a lot! You can see my measurements in my profile now.

Since I started back up I’ve been able to keep gaining at a rate of 1/16” to 1/8” of length or girth each month, though I had to be very careful about PE and I went back to my white boards time and time again to tweak everything. Most of what I do now is laughably short in time but just as strenouos as PE should be, without causing injuries. I don’t even use equipment much anymore because I broke my pump and I don’t believe in relying on clamps to do what your hands should be doing. I’ve got a lot to share, but that’s not the point of this thread. You wanted to know if getting truely BIG is possible. It is! If a tiny guy weighing 137lbs can blow up to 270 BEFORE STEROIDS, I believe you can gain four, five, or six inches and still have a perfectly functioning cock. The problems most guys have with gains is that they completely forget to train their kegel muscles and blame PE for weak erections.

Ahem, if you dared to question common PE practice you would find that A) doing the same thing over and over leads to a plateau, B) adding exercises is useless when you aren’t healing properly….. you’re not making soup with everything but the kitchen sink! C) The biggest part of PE is maintaining or increasing certain hormones naturally, and part of that means not blowing your load everynight. Sure, you could take magical herbs recommended by Dr. Quack from a muscle magazine waisting tons of cash for something that only stresses your adrenal glans out more than caffeine, but you want to learn to do this naturally first. Your hormonal system is nothing to monkey around with unless you’re under a doctors supervision.

I hate to say it, but also a lot of what you read here and on other PE sites is the same damn thing over and over and over. You’re going to see guys performing the same damn stretch, jelq, kegel routines for years on end who don’t gain very much and then blame their genetics for their wasted time. Or they end up overdoing it thinking an extra few sets of super duper jelqs will change things and end up smaller with poor EQ. It’s really sad, but not uncommon. If you dare to rethink the common problem and train with an attitude of doing less exercises with better performance and enough rest you will grow bigger. PE is not bodybuilding, but it should be thought of as such….. You don’t bench press for hours on end every day, not even 4 days a week, or at least you won’t before long. I’m not talking about 1-2 sets of powerlifting either. So why do we do the same PE routines week after week expecting to see changes with just a few more jelqs here and a longer squeeze there?

Yeah, I put a lot of thought into this….. I have a lot to share with TP! And I’m going to put every practice into place by going for my goal of a 6” even taper and 10” over the next 2-3 years. Why, because I can.

Having measurable gains that are staying is hard to achieve (not a dick swell that goes away in 2 days). All those who gained big took a long time. The only person i’ve seen who I think has managed to document his progress constantly is Saiyan22/kingsnake. He has gone from 8x5.25 to 9.5x6.55 in 4.5 years! Thats a long time to gain 1.5 length and 1.3 girth.

1.5 inches length and .5 girth, and still gaining. It’s not been easy but worth the time and effort. Girth has been the hardest to gain and to keep. Shooting for 8x6 after all.

Thanks for the reply guys! GD I really like your way of thinking and I think we have a similar mindset when it comes to training,I am definitely more of a Dorian Yates kind of guy, short intense bursts of exercise be it PE or bodybuilding, then let your body recover!

I have been doing PE for approximately 6 months now and have gained 3/4” in length and .25” in girth (since my last measurement,but I believe the girth has went up) this has all been from the newbie routine, and I barely added O bends about 2 weeks ago, also I never PE more than 4 days a week, so everything GD has said makes absolute perfect sense! I really like your comment of people doing the same thing over and over and getting mad that they receive no results, just like people at the gym haha. “Doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results is the definition of insanity” forgot who said that but it hits the nail on the head!

Also i would like to state that in no way did I start this thread to “make sure” growth was possible I already know it is I saw that in my first month of PE, however just like keeping yourself in shape and healthy PE is not a couple month process it is a lifelong commitment. I’m planning on still having sex up until the day I die so I will do PE to ensure penis health and function my entire life!

From slipstream’s and viksenpai’s analysis of the TP database.

About 1% of people gain 2.5” or more in length. Absolute max gains seem to be in the 3-4” range.

About 2.5% of people gain 1.25” or more in girth. Absolute max gains seem to be in the 2.0-2.4” range.

Neither analysis had great numbers for the percentile distributions for volume. But it seems like gaining over 15 cubic inches is very rare, with maximum gains in the 20-30 cubic inch range. Alternatively, doubling up on volume is very rare, and the maximum seems to be slightly over tripling up on volume.

If you do a search on “data” with title only, many great threads will come up. Looking at the vikesenpai’s histogram for erect volume change is very telling. The data is picture perfect - it looks like it came out of a statistics textbook. So I think that is very reliable information and that a EV change of 10 cubic inches is a big gainer, and over 15 cubic inches gain is obviously possible based on the graph, but exceedingly rare. And over 20 cubic inches gain is kind of a 1 in 10,000 situation at least, which may also have some discounting factors.

Still doing Yates’ stuff there IronHead22? You gotta give Doggcrapp training a try! - That guy is bodybuilding pioneer for the new millennium!

As far as my approach on PE goes I believe in learning from medical studies about the human body rather than anecdotal reports. I’m sure what works for one guy can be used by another, but I prefer to think outside of what’s hot and see how the application links up with more than a dozen or so studies. For instance you could accurately compare PE to Cardiomegaly - the enlargement of the heart, where the heart enlarges due to stress placed on it over a period of time. Same goes for hypertrophy in muscles and other organs.

Unfortunately, there just aren’t enough PE proof positive medical studies out there yet so I often rely on the next best thing…… Bodybuilding! More importantly the principles of old world European and pre-industrial revolution bodybuilders who understood the importance of a hard days work and not time wasted in the gym, because there were no gyms invented yet, and no supplements or steroids. What that brought to the table for me was the K.I.S.S mentality to keep routines extremely simple and focused on the hardest moves like partial dry jelqs, holds, 45-60 sec extreme stretches for length, head work, and the different various grips.

Now my stuff only takes 10 minutes or less with a couple warm ups and only one set of dry jelqs to failure with a few rest-pauses - failure in PE being when you lose your erection for a moment after jelqs. It’s still just as tough, especially the way I do it where you have no choice by to squeeze the shit out of your kegel muscles the entire time you’re jelqing and contract your abs like you’re bracing for a punch. I know it sounds crazy but I swear this has helped my EQ more than a couple hundred sets of kegels (or up to 2,000 back in the day) ever did.

To give you an example of what I do now I work Head + Length on the first Monday, then Wednesday MidBase + Base (working backwards to undue the baseball bat shape of the inner penis that happens naturally), Thursday Midhead + Middle (going forwars with the dry jelqs this time), and Saturday I star over with Head + Length all over again with a different grip because I would bruise easily if I did the same thing everytime. Each Pe session I warm up well and do a few light sets of the eact evercise I am to use later going slower and harder each time but not doing anything to taxing. When I’m ready to finally do my PE workset I warm up again and maybe do 10 sets lasting around 30-45 seconds or longer, take a very short break because I recover fast, the hit it again trying to last longer but getting maybe half of those reps, and then again until my penis says “I need a break!” and I can’t get 80%+ EQ again. I might take a break after that for a few minutes and let myself relax before doing the same thing for the other region of my penis. After both sets I like to do 20-30 light wet jelqs lasting about 90-120 seconds for the entire set and then rub an ice cube on my penis to get rid of any inflammation. But I don’t get as inflamed with this sort of program.

When I do length I like to pick one direction and stretch the hell out of my penis for about a minute or until my head shrinks and I slip through my grip. I use both hands and try to get more even pressure between my palms instead just an ok grip, because the OK grip hurts. I know what you’re thinking and one direction out of five (straight, up, down, right, and left) is fine. You will have worked everything after the fifth workout anyways, but you really only need to focus on up or down anyways….. Up helps stretch the BS and down stretches the ligaments. I also paired this with head work because both work for the same goals if you just keep your head inflated the whole time. The only concerns I have to report here are than you want to contract your kegel muscles here too or else you will end up feeling like you pulled your groin muscles instead on your penis.

I’m pretty tired guys and I’m starting to ramble to I will leave it at this and let you guys decide for yourself. Personally I think I’m onto something, but like always I need to do some more research and experimentation on myself to see if I have any problems with my methods and practices first. I may also need to write up a special PE diet as well to help with blood flow and healing….. Ok, eat Cholesterol for Testosterone! Go hungry(or at least very low carb) 3-4 hours before PE or sex. Drink something warm for better blood flow. Drink something ice cold after you PE to get your mind back in working order. And RESPECT YOUR ASS! If you are having troubles with hemorrhoids and constipation you may want to use a small butt plug to help you relax those muscles. I’m not a gay man and I do not enjoy ass play, but I found the abdominal pressure used in working out a lot can wreak havoc on your EQ even if your hormonal conditions are perfect. A small butt plug worn for just ten minutes a day can help out a lot. Also pullups! The grip strength needed to do even one pullup can help with pe and the lat strength helps during sex.

There’s a lot more I have in my mind I really should write down, but for now I’m in and out tonight.
