The best workout for girth. It’s that simple. Also what are the best workouts for newbs? I’ve been jelqing for 3 months now and have already noticed huge results.(starting length 5.75 now 6.5) but when I started, I never measured girth. Now it is 5. So whats the best workout? I guess all ppl are different, so should I stick to what I’m doin? I will, but I need more girth workouts. Anybody?

Hey man and welcome to the thunders, continue with the jelqing only increasing time or force (search about PI for this) and with 6 months or more, or when you feel jelqing it’s not working for you anymore, you should try clamping, it’s the best exercise for girth. There a lot of grips in jelq and a lot of variation too, you should try these, Uli it’s good for head girth.

I know most people think clamping is the best exercise for girth but I do not. I tried it but I did not like it. I felt it was to much for me. For girth it do higher intensity jelqs, ulis, and horse 440’s. so far i have gone from 4.75 to 5.125 in midshaft girth. But you are going to have to find what works for you because everyone is different.

Hey everybody! Just curious about dry jelqs and if a person like me who has quite a bit of extra penile skin can do them effectively and benefit from them.I mean do I have to pull back skin or just pull with it up to the head dry?Please help. Thank you.

Dry jelqs are easier if you have plenty of skin or are uncircumcised. Just pull the skin up to the glans.

(If you are tightly circumcised, wet jelqs are usually easier).


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

No, no ulis or clamping just yet.

Your current girth is 5, continue you current routine for 1-2 months more. If your girth doesn’t increase by then then try more advanced exercises. Even if you don’t gain you would have conditioned your penis enough to do advanced movements.
