Ok this is a simple question.I want to gain more length, but also more girth.
Is that possible to do it at the same time?

If I have to chose I would focus on girth, but I would like to do both in a very simple and effective way
Could you please give me some advice?
I know there is lot of material, but it is too much and english is not my original language.I go crazy, my head explodes..

I am about 23-25 min 3-4 times a week for jelqing and sometimes while I am jelqin I do some clamp

Would you reccommend also some stretch during the day.and if so, could you give me an advice of routine?

If you have already done the Newbie Routine, then it’s all up to you to arrange . Everybody makes gains with different methods.

But since you said you want to focus on girth, why don’t you try clamping? I gained a lot from it.

You could use a extender/stretcher like the AutoExtender or any of the other various ones (FastSize, JES, Penimaster, etc). The AutoEXT (http://www.autoextender.com) has given me both length and girth at the same time, so there is this option as well.

The stretching while flacid would be mainly beneficial for length gain right?
Should I ever stretch while 30%-50% erect? I have BPEL 4.75’ and EG 5.25’ so I really want more length right now then girth.
Any recommendations? I have just started the newbie routine, just starting being 1/17/07, of 2 days on 1 day off.

I too get a little erect while stretching sometimes (up to % 50 maybe) , and I personally think it’s no problem to be. Unless you get a really hard erection.

But a somewhat “plump” dick while stretching feels better to me.. And I think it’s no problem.
