I grew up a skinny guy and have always seen myself as being small all over. I don’t think this self-image will ever go away, but it helps improve my mood when I put effort into my looks, and PE feels the same way. I’m here trying to gain girth and flaccid length, and a little length would be nice, but that’s just for my own fun. Also, I want to work more with kegels because I managed to do a no ejaculate orgasm with my girlfriend once and it was the best sex ever afterward. Can’t wait to meet the community :)

Thanks guys, I actually have a routine question too. I can’t stay flaccid for my stretches (I’m 21) so I usually watch porn and get it out of the way for stretching, then watch some more so I can get hard again and use that erection for my jelqs. Is there a problem with doing it this way?

Only problem I can see is that you MIGHT become reliant on porn if you do this routine too often.

Yeah, you could become dependent upon porn to maintain an erection for PE. You are 21, you shouldn’t need any external source to get an erection and you definitely don’t want to develop a dependence on anything now because that problem will be much worse when you are older.

I personally believe that it is healthier to be porn-free, especially when doing PE. I realize that is a crazy thing for most young guys to even think about giving up, but when I weigh the pros and the cons, I feel that it is for the best.

Also, make sure you are always completely flaccid when stretching and as a newbie you should not be jelqing at very high erection level; 60-70% seems to be the consensus.

Well I don’t need porn to get an erection usually, but I have to masturbate or else I can’t stay flaccid during stretches. Then I just use porn to get semi hard for jelqs because if I’m not thinking of anything, I tend to get too flaccid and if I imagine celebrities, ex-girlfriends, coworkers, etc, I end up just getting a full on erection and can’t jelq anyways. If this is an issue I don’t mind giving it up. Using it to assist my PE is the only time I watch porn anymore.

Doesn’t sound like it is an issue for you. However, if I were you, I would give it up altogether.

That’s fair, but does anyone have advice on how to avoid getting hard instantly during stretching? I know there is some information in the newbie f.a.q., but it hasn’t been working for me very well.

I know this is really basic but try and think of something else. Read a newspaper while your doing it :)

I had the same issue, but never really came up with a good fix. Now though I jelq once I start getting hard, then stretch as it goes down. Once you get through the newbie routine I wouldn’t worry about it. The porn is going to make you horny though, and you’ll keep getting hard. A lot of guys recommend ejaculating as little as possible, so you might want to cut down on it.

Oh, I don’t know that a lot of guys recommend ejaculating as little as possible. I think a few do, but they talk about it a lot. :)


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

It just takes a little time and patience. Just wait a couple of minutes if you get hard, put a warm wrap on or whatever you do to warm up, in a couple of minutes the erection will subside. I had the same problem when starting.
