BUT, having said that (and NOT to hijack this thread into a Diesel measurement thread), when you look at how the tape is wrapped and the location of the numbers in relation to the wrapping, it’s not hard to believe that he is closer to 7” than not - and that’s even assuming the tape isn’t laying flat against him but being pulled down at an angle. I honestly never gave any thought to circumference and instead only length probably like many or most men.
