Can I do the PE hours after masturbation?

Hi, today I masturbated at 5pm. I’m planning to do my PE routine at 9pm after coming back home from some activities.

I want to know from you guys if it’s okay or what should I do? I still doing the newbie routine. I’ve read many times here that I have to wait at least a couple of hours or something like that. But I just want to be sure.

I really don’t think there is a problem doing PE after masturbation, especially with the 4 hr gap.

You can do it right after.. There’s no conclusive evidence it impacts gains.

Like Titleist posted, There’s no conclusive evidence it impacts gains, but in my opinion, you either exercise or you you pleasure your self, one or the other. I personally think doing the exercise first and 4 hours later, then masturbate. That is up to you. Four hour is a long time in between.
