Hi everybody

I am 36 years old and perform newbie routine once a day. I am reading all the time in forum. I am trying to collect formers experiences. I did complete 3th week of my newbie routine. I added two more min to my Warm up and Stretch.

As I learned from the posts. We have to perform only newbie routine. No Hanging, No pumping, No Clamping.

My size is around 6x5 for now.

I will focus only newbie routine and length gain.

So I want ask something about BTC.

What BTC benefit to me if I perform it beside my newbie routine. I am thinking to perform BTC while I watch TV. I know how will I do the figure but I don’t know anything about duration and quantity, is there any side affect if I perform more..

I’d say start with two sets of 1 minutes each, mild tension; build up tension progressively over the course of weeks, adding more sets as well. There isn’t any specific limit about the quantity, after some months you can do how many sets you like, but tension should never be too high. BTC should target base and ligaments. Hope this helps.

I performed only one time (1 hour ago)

I pulled my glans to back side of me as hard as I can and I set in front of tv and watched more than 5-10 min. I think I dont have to do this again :(

I don’t think you have broken anything :) . ‘As hard as you can’ is not the way to go IMHO, next time just use mild force and you’ll notice a longer flaccid right after the BTC stretch.

BTC can be a very powerful stretch! As such, you do have to make sure you don’t overdo it. The leverage you get is terrific!

Do 30 to 60 seconds each, first one hand, then the other. Start slow and see how it feels. I usually do about 3 minutes in the shower.

Warm up is very important with this stretch!

That is okay I understood what you meant but one point is different that I am not doing BTC while I am performing PE. I am doing BTC while I am watching TV. I am sitting on my unit while it is between my butt. Is this can cause anything. At least I can perform BTC with my PE routine.

yes marinera I agree about it. It is fowfer. Sorry I couldn’t find here. It is exactly what I am doing while I watch tv. I hope it will be effective for flaccid lenght gain then flaccid lenght will allow EL.

I thought about pointing out the difference between BTC and Fowfer, but it sounded light you had it right.

Fowfers are great for flaccid length. I usually only do it for about 10-15 minutes at a time before shaking it out to allow for circulation. I think they have had a major benefit on my flaccid hang!

I will just focus length gain till I complate my newbie routine. After that I will decide what will I do. My girth is 5” now. It is really good because ıf I goes for girth it will be difficult to gain lenght. Anyhow I am gaining during newbie routine (6 month) as lenght and girth.

It seems good for warmth. It is just giving little pain to the testis but I will find best position with the time.
