I am 36 years old and perform newbie routine once a day. I am reading all the time in forum. I am trying to collect formers experiences. I did complete 3th week of my newbie routine. I added two more min to my Warm up and Stretch.
As I learned from the posts. We have to perform only newbie routine. No Hanging, No pumping, No Clamping.
My size is around 6x5 for now.
I will focus only newbie routine and length gain.
So I want ask something about BTC.
What BTC benefit to me if I perform it beside my newbie routine. I am thinking to perform BTC while I watch TV. I know how will I do the figure but I don’t know anything about duration and quantity, is there any side affect if I perform more..
