I remember my mom buying this video series called breathercise that supposedly made people lose weight simply by performing a breathing technique. I incorporated this breathing technique into my jelqing sessions because they advertise that the breathing exercise forces oxygenated blood into the region you are exercising. I’ll be honest, I do feel a difference when I jelq and do the breathing. They say that whatever area you flex, the blood goes to. Thus I figured if I did a few pc while jelqing the oxygenated blood would go to that area. What I am asking is, has anyone ever tried this? If so, what kind of results? I remember jelqing and doing this breathing technique a few years ago and gaining a quarter of an inch in a month; no stretching. However, I am not sure if it was just beginners gains. I stopped after that and have been off and on ever since. Now I am pretty dedicated and I will let everyone know how it goes.
