BC muscle and down-time' question

BC muscle and down-time' question

Hey guys,

Question about the BC/PC muscle, I’ve been experimenting around with it, but I’m not sure if I’m producing the desired effect.
Depending on the BC contraction strength and `point’ where it’s contracted, the feeling of orgasm either fades away, or it’s like a minor one without `shooting’. However, I do seem to `lose my mojo’ a little after doing either of the above, is this normal, or was my Energizer Bunny impression I got a bit naive?
I’ve also found this was impossible(?) to do with any sort of stimulation at all, which also rules out my stealth impression :)

Btw, a stupid sex question; after ejaculation, I know it’s normal to go into `down-time’, but why is this, what happens, and can this time vary between guys? When I was with my now-ex, when I came, I felt a few negative effects that made sex sort-of not worth it. I had physical tiredness but a feeling of anxiety, and I could never sleep afterwards, which made her think she needed a new bed or something. For up to five or six days afterwards I have a feeling of anxiety/regret/frustration, and sex doesn’t interest me for a day or two later, making me wonder how the hell you guys could possibly `play the hairy banjo’ five or six days a week. If I ever `played the hairy banjo’ and went the whole way, I swear my personality seems to change, I act like a retard and worry about what I say.

I’m still trying to get used to talking about this, still feels weird as hell :)

Male multiple orgasm (MMO, the thing you’re trying to achieve by using the BC muscle contraction during/prior to ejaculation) takes a lot of practice. You have to know your body well and know the timing of your orgasm/ejaculation to be able to stop ejaculation without losing the erection. I’m not sure I understand the second part of your question. Stimulation is usually involved in ejaculation. :) You can be stealthy with the technique after you’re good at it.

This is generally attributed to the release of the hormone prolactin (see Avocet8’s ejaculation article and this MMO site ). It does vary from man to man.

Hmmm. I can’t help you with this one. Perhaps it had more to do with her than you.

If you can’t talk about it to complete strangers on the other side of the world, who can you talk to? :D

Yea I mean BC contraction (ie MMO) doesn’t seem to work if any sort of stimulation continues. With `MMO’, is there still something of a refractory period? And how `stealthy’ could you actually be, eg no `what are you doing?’ questions? :)

That site on MRP was actually quite helpful, I guess it’s comforting to know it’s normal and not some sort-of medical issue. I still think I feel different after ejaculating though, is it possible there’s a drop in testosterone or something? As I said, it seems to take up to a week for me to `get back to how I was’, physically and mentally.

That’s true :)

Yes, that’s right. If you continue stimulation you will probably not be able to hold off the ejaculation.

The refractory period refers to the inability to get an erection soon after ejaculation. If you’re doing MMO correctly, you won’t lose your erection because you stop the ejaculation, yet you do have the orgasm.

I don’t know that the technique needs to be a secret. Your partner has to understand why you are stopping or slowing down (during your orgasm without ejaculation). What you’re doing is giving yourself pleasure (an orgasm) and giving your partner pleasure (by not losing the erection and being able to continue on). Getting your partner involved makes for more fun for everyone. ;)

The level of testosterone doesn’t drop with orgasm (contrary to what the bodybuilding sites tell you). However, testosterone production is stimulated by ejaculation because sperm are released and to make new sperm you need testosterone.

Men secrete both male and female hormones (and women the same). Perhaps you are producing too much oxytocin or prolactin with orgasm. If this happens with women other than your ex, or with masturbation, then you should probably see a physician. If it was only with her, then she’s likely a large part of the problem.
