My shit stinks. Posible side effects of what supplement?

Well, recently, my ass has been reeking like never before. I will move and I can get a whiff of something gross and I don’t think that it’s something growing in my dorm. I can’t decide what would account for the smell, because I wipe so well and I scrub my anus with soap and acne wash in the shower (I know, I’m so paranoid that I have been using acne wash on my anus).

Here are the supplements I have been recently taking that sync up with my new found stink:

4g L-Arginine
2 pills of fish oil. I started taking 3 but it made my bowels loose so I toned it back down. I think this could be the culprit.
2 pills tonalin CLA after every meal.

I also take a multi-vitamin and a Vitamin C. I can’t attribute the smell to the food I’ve been eating, because it’s the same cafeteria food I’ve been eating the last 6 months.

I get my pills from Bestvite.com - The Most Trusted Name in Vitamins because it’s the cheapest pills that I could find. What’s the best price/quality website because It’s my belief that these are low quality products. I have noticed that 3g of Arginine from Walmart produced better results than 4g from bestvite.

Add chlorophyll pills to your supps and not only will your poop smell nice but it will turn a trendy green as well!

That fish oil may be the culprit. Perhaps it is a cheaper inferior brand. At any rate fish oil needs to be refrigerated or it goes rancid and toxic.

Take chlorophyll like Iamaru said and take zinc as well.

What do you mean that the fish oil will go toxic? I have a fridge in my dorm if I need to, but it may be too late.

bestvite.com doesn’t sell chlorophyll, I will do my best to find a better site. Any reviews of the sites? I have searched but didn’t find anything.

Springer, I believe it is the fish oil. Unlike you apparently, my shit has always stank. But when I was using fish oil as directed, it was worse smelling. I cut back to half the dosage and it still stinks. But like it used to!! :)

Why not stop all supplements for a week, then add one back a week at a time to determine which, if any, is causing the problem?

Check the expiration date on the bottle.

Didn’t even know I had crapped oil through my underwear and pants onto the cushion.

Reeked so bad.

Trader Joe’s omega three never caused any of these unfortunate side effects. At least for me. 9 a day. Before bed.
